Update one year later: took off two stars because the floor is peeling and rubs off to the concrete... Original review: We had them paint and seal our concrete floors in the basement. They were pleasant to talk to and listened to our concerns, but we didn't feel confident they could finish the job satisfactorily without constant check-ins. They offered to help clean the area prior to painting for $100 extra charge which was so helpful. And they moved and put back our washer and dryer without saying before hand. We were a bit nervous about that since they were not certified to connect and disconnect the machines (to our knowledge). But they underestimated the cost of materials by too much and the work they did was blotchy and had to be redone. They also took twice as long as estimated to complete the job. But it's just not exactly satisfactory. They didn't remove outlet covers and instead painted around them, which left missing spots. They painted over two of our basement windows - yes, the glass. They also painted over an electrical cord that was plugged in. And the edges are still showing the old color paint through in some places. Although they were pleasant people to work with and probably have experience in other areas they offer, I would not hire them to paint again.
