Started a mulch job without my consent when requesting a quote. Josh then sent a quote for $355 for a 20x3’ mulch job and did not even dig down 3inches. Weeds and grass emerged within a week and the owner is very unprofessional in customer service, rather than correct their mistakes he will charge you for them. Overpriced, poor service, do not hire you’ll regret it.
Among their courteous, customer services and quality landscaping work, the best quality of the Alverez brothers landscaping is there edging. Their edging is very precise. In such a way to wear. My old sidewalk looks brand new. The Alvarez Brothers have changed my yard forever.! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Contacted Alvarez for mulch delivery and installation. OUTSTANDING JOB!! On time, reasonable, very friendly and fast! Not only spread the mulch, but cleaned up the flower beds before putting down the new mulch. Looked like a million dollars when they were done. Highly recommend them!!! Thank you for a job well done! Will defiantly call them again for future work.
Alvarez Brothers Landscaping did a great job cleaning up my yard, trimming my bushes and digging up and re-sodding an old garden bed. Well worth the money for an awesome end result.
Update: I added a star since because they really care! They reached out about our lawn and took the time to inquire about the service we received and offered to come through to clean up our lawn. You don't see that in companies anymore and that really stood out to me. $65 + for an average mow/edge. They take about 20 minutes to do the front and the back. And they charge extra for cutting down any weeds and cleaning up debris (including overgrown grass clippings), if you want that service as well. We've gotten text messages for their arrival time, but no one has spoken to us or came to our door, they just start the work. Their super friendly over phone and email. We're interested in their landscaping work. They plant, mulch, line edges, and pull up weeds for a fee.
