I highly recommend this family owned business. We needed immediate repair and Jeffrey came out the same day and sent his crew back. Poor guys had to work out in the cold but they got the job done and saved the day. Thank you!! 5 STARS

Arrived 30 minutes late, went to wrong address and sent me estimate for a different customer before arriving. Arrived and took a couple second look at electrical box and told me a sad story about an outdated arc fault system or something of that nature. The technician seemed visibly irritated to have to speak and/or explain anything. Proceeded to tell me based on the drive time (30mins or so) that the replacement cost for 2 breakers would be $350. I asked did it involve any new wiring in the walls? And would the estimate be itemized? He simply said “itemize what?” rather rudely. The man seemed exhausted after telling me another sad story regarding personal politics so I just told him I’d have to think about it and let him exit.

From what I gather in my limited research the price seems extremely high. Very odd & unprofessional experience also.

I called a few companies before calling Electix, looking for someone to come out to take a look at my electrical problem. Electix was able to quote me over the phone which sounded like a very reasonable price to fix my problem and come out right away! Brandon and Chase came out and fixed my issue within 20 minutes! They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They explained to me my problem and how they were going to fix it. They were very thorough, and efficient. If you are looking for a good electrician you need to call these guys. I will use them again if needed and refer them to anyone looking for an electrician.

A year ago we had electrical problems two weeks before we were going out of state for a wedding. We called a lot of the big name places and couldn't get an appointment before our trip. My wife found Electrix and called we had an appointment that evening. We needed new service and the relocation of fuse boxes to a new breaker service and a new meter. Jeff explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a fair quote for the job. Then I asked when he thought he could start the job and he said tomorrow. I was surprised and relieved to get it done before the trip. This was a huge job and I was shocked when I got home the next day to find the job almost done! It was amazing what the two of them did in one day. Everything was better than expected and very professional the whole time. They cleaned everything and left me no mess. I wouldn't call anyone else for electrical work I need done. We were able to enjoy our trip thanks to the fast service we received from Electrix.

Brandon and Chase from Electrix LLC came out to the house today for some electrical repairs. These 2 young men were very professional, well educated, extremely friendly, and had great personalities.
It was a pleasant experience all the way around.
I highly recommend Electrix LLC for any electrical needs.

Had the great satisfaction of Electrix coming out to work on some weird electrical issues I was having in a new home purchase. They took my handful of problems and not only fixed them expeditiously but they explained the what and the why so that I understood the issue as well as the solution. On top of that they were extremely friendly and cordial, and they were priced very competitively. My experience was so positive I inquired about estimates for other work that was less urgent and they had everything estimated out before they left and made sure I understood everything and had no questions before they departed. I will definitely be following up on those estimates and I would gladly (and will be!) refer them to my friends and family any time they need electrical work done. Thank you Electrix, you guys are the BEST!

Jeff was always quick to reply, rarely unavailable, super quick with scheduling on-site quote & work days, and the work was done promptly on the day as promised. 50 amp line works great, new breaker box looks great, his staff was very friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend Electrix to any friends or family for future electrical needs. Five stars, fo sho. 👌

I was squeezed in quickly and given an estimated price straight away. They were very nice and friendly. Their prices are better than the 3 other places I called about a concern I had. They were very competent and their work was honest. 5/5 for customer service, 5/5 for honest work, and 5/5 for squeezing me in last minute.

Outstanding job done. All our fire alarms went on us and they came the same day at the time they said they would and installed all fire alarms /carbon monoxide installed quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend. Pricing was reasonable, as well.

We used ELECTRIX LLC today for a partial power outage, the two gentleman arrived in less than 1/2 hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing and had the power back up and running within a hour! ( FREE ESTIMATE ) before the work begins so you don’t get blind sided with a hefty unexpected bill.
