Reviews of local pros in Harrison Township, Michigan

Review Date: 03/08/24. If I could give 20 stars instead of just 5 I would. Chris and his team were fantastic. Large box elder tree in my front yard uprooted and sank during a heavy snow storm. Contracted the team to come in for stump removal - gas line for the house ran right through the root bulb. Chris's team took care of scheduling miss dig and had me scheduled for the job very quickly. The team completed the work professionally and promptly the day after miss dig came out. Chris was in constant communication with me throughout the project. The yard was left spotless (pretty much every piece of debris had been cleaned up). I am a very happy customer and the Tree Solutions team can consider me a repeat customer for future tree work. Thanks again guys and gals!
Best Regards,
Derrick B.

I am so impressed by TREE SOLUTIONS from Clinton Township. Cris and all his employees were so professional and efficient. I had a diseased maple tree over 60 feet tall that had to be removed. Tree Solutions have all state-of-the-art equipment. They use their 120’ Robotic Grapple Crane and were able to finish in a day. They definitely exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service. The whole process from quoting to finishing was exceptional.

If your tree or trees need help, this is the professional team you must call. Chris Soval is certified as an actual Arborist and his team knows this work. Our homeowners association has been able to depend on Tree Solutions to maintain many of our trees over the past few seasons. Lately, we needed a number of diseased trees removed, both under emergency and maintenance scenarios. The teams performed flawlessly.

As an association representing nearly 100 homes, we require our contractors to be insured, work diligently, perform their services safely and conduct proper cleanups. Chris and Tree Solutions did not need to be told this. They've done the job right every time, fast and clean. We will be asking for their assistance for years to come.

Absolutely awesome. The best equipped and hardest working crew you will find. My neighbor and I had 6 trees to take down and they did it in one day! Two of the trees were huge. I honestly thought I would have weeks of clean up. After they left I looked around and I couldn't find a leaf or twig to pick up.l only have one suggestion, they should change their name to: "Perfect Tree Solutions" A big thanks and 5 stars!!

I had a great experience with Tree Solutions. From the first contact all the way through the completed job, Chris and his crew were easy to work with and extremely professional. Our job was completed in a timely manner with great concern for my property and the neighbors property. The job site was exceptionally cleaned up at the end of the job. Also, all of this was done at a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any with tree removal needs.

Tree Solutions was fantastic! They scheduled quickly, had great communication, fair pricing, and top-notch customer service. The whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

Don't get better than this company. 2nd time we used them! Cris and his team were professional in every stage of this project. Showed up right on time. Completely finished the job in one day. Cleaned up and raked. Barely a trace in the yard. Stacked the wood (we asked to keep) better then we would. When it was all done it felt so good to not have a single issue with job. Other companies should take notes from them.

Absolutely perfect job! I looked up Tree Solutions online. Chris came out and explained the health of the tree and how he would set up his equipment. The job went just as he said. The machinery he and company uses is top notch. He literally had multiple neighbors watching him use his transformer arm to grab and cut the limbs of the trees and place the limbs in the chipper. He and his company are kind and professional! They didn’t charge me until AFTER the service was completed. I actually had to call his office to pay for his service. Just amazing people and quality of work is phenomenal. I already gave his card out to an employee for a for well respected foundation/cement company. I would highly recommend at least getting an estimate from Chris. He is very knowledgeable and informative of trees and his work. I am not a friend of Chris or family member. Is as kind as he is, he makes you feel like a friend or family member.

I had a wonderful experience with Tree Solutions cutting down my beast of a tree. Cris and the others men at work conquered, worked hard and were extremely professional to get the job done. They did a great job cleaning everything up. I highly recommend Tree Solutions. Thank you so much for a job well done!

So grateful to have come across Tree Solutions LLC, and having the pleasure to deal with the owners, Cris and Sarah. While they're headquartered in Harrison Township, I didn't think they'd be interested in my small job here in Grosse Pointe Park (removal of a dying maple on the berm w/ a mere 8" caliper). Cris and his wife are consummate pros, and Cris was so patient and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions for removal and best replacement options. When I looked up their website, I couldn't believe how big their operation is and the massive equipment Cris and his crew operate for much bigger jobs.

Cris quoted me a ridiculously agreeable price, which I accepted on the spot, and Sarah followed up with a contract in my inbox in 24hrs, and coordinated with me by text to confirm arrival and answer my questions. Such a pleasure dealing with this level of professionalism.

The truck arrived exactly on time, and from cutting to shredding, root grinding and cleanup, my job was done in 90 mins. As Cris is one of the rare removal experts who's a certified arborist, he was able to provide his expert advice on how long to wait before replanting and what variety of maple to replace with.
They even followed up with a thank you card.

All in all, I couldn't recommend Tree Solutions highly enough, and have passed their name and contact to several of my realtor friends in the area. Kudos Cris and Sarah! :)))

We had some trees in our backyard that needed service.
I searched Google Reviews for reputable local companies with the highest ratings and found Tree Solutions LLC.

From the start they made a great impression and lived up to their 5-star rating.

They immediately got back to me for my estimate quote request, and Chris was able to visit my house within just a couple days. He was right on time for the appointment and that makes a huge 1st impression.

The quote was fair for the scope of work. Just talking with Chris about our concerns with the trees and what we wanted done - he is very knowledgable and professional. He explained the process of how they would take care of the project and offered recommendations based on our tree situation. We hate to remove any trees, but this needed to be done.

Unfortunately the River Birch next to our shed was badly leaning and a few storms over the last few seasons hadn't helped that situation any either. We decided to proactively have the tree removed before a storm dropped it on my house or my neighbors house.

We had two other dead trees that were similarly taken down as a proactive measure before Mother Nature did it for us.

Sarah in the office was very polite and quickly got us scheduled for the work. The process couldn't have been easier. The fact that this company right up front presented all their credentials & arborist certifications with the quote added to their level of credibility.

On the day of our tree service, the crew arrived on time (once again, that's a sign of professionalism you want in a company) and watching them work was impressive.

They communicated well with each other ensuring safe removal of the trees, explained what was going on each step of the way, and they were clearing away limbs and brush so quick it hardly had time to touch the grass. When you watch this team work you see exactly where that money you're spending is going. The quality of their skill, craftsmanship and professionalism are worth it.

From start to finish - the team of about 6 technicians had my 3 trees downed, cleaned up the yard, stacked the logs we planned to keep (for bon fire wood), had their equipment loaded back up, and were gone in less than 3 hrs.

If you need some tree work done within Macomb County (or wherever their service area covers), Tree Solutions LLC is definitely someone I would highly recommend with enthusiasm. I have other trees that will need some work in the future and I will absolutely call this company.

Took down a very large mature tree very near my house. They showed up on time. And did a great job fast. Even cleaned up the yard pretty good afterwards.

The BEST!!! The customer service (Sarah) A+ Cris and his crew A+ they took down two huge maple trees one wasn’t originally on the schedule but they made time. So efficient and cleaned up beautifully. Also they showed up on time. 1st appointment was to give an estimate 2nd was the job.
Highly recommended!! 5 ⭐️ across the board.

Tree Solutions LLC did an outstanding job removing some trees from my yard. Their team was professional, efficient, and meticulous, ensuring every branch and leaf was cleared away. They left my property spotless, putting everything back exactly as it was. I’m beyond impressed with their work and highly recommend them for any tree removal needs!

Excellent work! We were extremely satisfied with all of the work Tree Solutions did for us. Very professional, highly knowledgeable, and outstanding work. They answered all of our questions and worked with us to provide exactly what we wanted to achieve. Would definitely recommend this company. 10/10! Thank you so much!

They are the most professional hard working guys I have ever hired. Cris gave me a great price and it took less than a week to get my big job completed. After watching them work I'm giving away my chainsaw. Tree solutions removed six large trees and trimmed another in three adjoining yards on a main road. The four man crew did it in six hours. The equipment they brought out was amazing. The crane robot easily reached right over the house to take down a the tree growing in the next yard. All the neighbors were in awe watching the work. They cleaned up everything neat as a pin...they didn't even damage my Bearded Iris flowers. Couldn't be happier with the work...above and beyond my expectations.

Thank you to Cris, his amazing crew & Sarah for getting us through a very rough day! A recent storm caused a large Maple tree to fall into our home. I was lucky enough to reach Sarah and within 3 hours we had Tree Solutions in front of our home working all night to remove the tree and returned promptly the next day and left our yard spotless! We were so impressed with their professionalism and team work.

Completely satisfied in all aspects for the removal of 7 trees from my yard. They were very professional and used the most efficient equipment. They left the yard looking clean and with minimal damage to the lawn. I was very impressed. I would certainly use this firm again for tree removal.

Excellent and prompt response when we had a huge tree partially come down in our backyard yesterday. The owner Chris is a great guy who obviously takes pride in he and his crews work, and they've invested in some pretty impressive machinery to get the job done. This was our second time using Tree Solutions, they removed a couple of dead trees for us about 8 years ago...hopefully we won't need them a third time for the last tree standing in our yard!😂

Cris and the outstanding crew from Tree Solutions LLC removed a large maple growing between my house, a privacy fence, and an overhead power line. The work was very impressive - from the detailed quote to the highly-skilled tree cutting to the stump grinding and cleanup. Definitely recommended.

I am so extremely impressed with Tree Solutions! So professional and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time! They accommodated my situation of a tree impaling my garage roof to remove ASAP! They also helped in recommending other areas of trees, and helping out my neighbor with tree issues on their side. Cleanup was so perfect that it was like nothing ever happened! I am a realtor, and I will be recommending tree Solutions to all friends, and family and clients! Thank you so much. (Before photos of the disaster now it’s all cleaned! ).
