Team #1 (Jasmine and another lovely individual whose name I didn't catch) did an amazing job on our one-time deep cleaning at move out time in a large home. They were thorough in their work and extremely polite. I would absolutely hire this duo again if I needed a regular cleaning service!

We just had a first deep clean from KODA cleaning services. Anna and Sara did a fantastic job! Our whole house is literally sparkling clean, and it got some heavy use over the holidays with lots of cooking and family time. Also they were really nice and flexible since we were all at home working and schooling and flip-flopped with us between floors so that they could do their work while we kept doing ours. I am a very happy customer!

I am adding to this 5 star review. We just moved and KODA took on deep cleaning in our new place, and blew me away! Such an amazing difference with wonderful attention to detail, and perfect thoroughness! If I could give them a 10 star review, I would!!!

Cisco just finished cleaning my carpets and he did a great job! He's had decades of experience and takes great care in doing his job well. I recommend that you request Cisco to do your carpet cleaning!

Team 4 (Kiley & Keke) came to our home for our initial deep cleaning and did a fantastic job! They worked efficiently and I appreciate their attention to detail, including the cute folded toilet paper 😊 It’s the little things! Would love to have Team 4 back in my home any day!

Beyond impressed! Perla and Angel (Team 2) do a wonderful job! I don’t know how they deep clean so fast and thoroughly. All the nooks and crannies I’ve been neglecting are literally sparkling, even under the beds and the shampoo bottles! They pack in all the details, every tissue/roll is expertly folded. I would highly recommend, I wish I called sooner!

Koda has been wonderful to work with ever since we moved to the area. Even before we moved in, they last minute helped with a whole house deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. What a warm welcome to the community that was! We've since started using their monthly services and appreciate how friendly and fabulous Team 2 is. Since I work from home and have mobility issues they even dry our floors after mopping so I don't slip. And my senior cat loves them 💓

I decided to treat myself and start using a house cleaning service. WOW. What was I waiting for. Allie and Lindsey did a wonderful job deep cleaning our home. They worked so hard and very efficiently. Everything looked amazing and smelled so fresh. Every surface of my home from the ceiling to the floors was dusted, cleaned and shined. I am so glad I signed up with KODA. They will be coming out each month from now on.

Abby and Allie (Team 8) do a fantastic job. They have great attention to detail and provide excellent service. Every aspect of working with Koda and Abby and Allie is thorough, prompt and professional. Very glad they are my partner in caring for my home!

Lonnie was at my home this morning and cleaned my carpets. I enjoyed meeting him a he did a wonderful job getting the carpet clean a freshened. I'll definitely use Koda Carpet Cleaning in the future and recommend this company to my friends.

Samantha Truelove, Corissa LaCourse Just left a little while ago after doing the “first clean“ of my brand new apartment which was given to me almost a year ago now totally rehabed From top to bottom, all pristine and new, and I struggle with some disabilities and I’m trying to keep it in tiptop shape Just like that wonderful day, I first walked in!

I am absolutely beyond impressed with the extra mile service from Samantha and Carissa!!! They were polite, genuine, honest, enthusiastic, and awesome ambassadors for KODA cleaning! Moreover, They both arrived exactly at the announced time, smiling, answered a few of my questions, Then start detailing this apartment like I used to love detailing a car in my teenage years!

The place smells brand new, Looks brand new, And as they left, the last thing leaving my apartment Was a running vacuum cleaner! Just like a five star hotel!

You both made my day, and I will be continuing my service with KODA cleaning per our original plan.

Meanwhile, I will do my part to spread the word as far and wide as I am able to do as one person to let people know who I’ve hired for this kind of help.

We had Koda come for our first clean, which was a deep clean. I was excited to come home to a clean house, but this was far beyond my imagination. Everything was over the top shining and sparkling clean! I'm counting the days until they come again next week! It's not cheap but you get what you pay for in my opinion. I'm still basking in how clean our house is and I hate cleaning and have never been good about keeping up with it all. To me, it's worth the money a million times over!

The crew that deep cleaned our house this week was fantastic! They were thorough and did an excellent job.

We hired KODA before the addition of our second child. Having 3 pets and a very active preschooler, life had gotten too busy to thoroughly take care of the house. They not only did a great job, they also fit us in for the deep cleans before the due date to make sure we had a clean house before the arrival of our second. I love the rotating detailed clean. Huge shout out to Team 8 Anissa & Abby and Team 2 Colleen & Heather for such an amazing tag team on the second clean! Excited to have KODA out monthly to help care for our home.

Levi did a great job! I was super impressed by how professional he was and how serious he was about his work. He work hard in the heat. My carpet was well cared for. It is nice to see that the level of service is the same level when Randy owned it I highly recommend Koda and requesting Levi.

We had our home soft-washed by Corbin, from KODA. We have a large home, and we felt kinda bad when only one guy showed up to do the work. But he worked hard and did the job solo in about 2 and a half hours, with no complaints. He did a great job for having to do it alone, but did miss a few spots here and there. We contacted KODA the next day and Corbin returned the following day to touch-up the job. He was very kind/polite about the recall, and even rewashed a window for us where a robin had left droppings all over after the first wash. He rewashed all our soffits, and also scrubbed a few areas by hand to ensure it was done well. Overall, we were very pleased with the work and thought the company (and Corbin) displayed great work ethics, professionalism, and an outstanding commitment to customer service/satisfaction.
