Let me tell you if I could give them 10 stars I would. Northern went beyond what was expected for professionalism kindness courteous respectful and all around amazing work. We had a downpour when they had to install my central AC units not once did those gentlemen complain about the rain. They were amazing they were friendly by the time they were done they were more like friends than a business. You would be absolutely nuts not to have this company come and do your HVAC work. Thank you for your amazing work and service. Made my birthday that much more special

We had Alex Roth service our A/C and repair a furnace issue and I was so impressed. About ten minutes before the appointment Alex called me to let me know he would be there shortly, asked if I needed him to park anywhere specific, and asked what door to use. He was super polite, kind, and he clearly communicated everything he did and any options available to us. He also shared some preventative maintenance we could do ourselves. I will definitely continue using Northern Heating and Cooling.
