Super cost effective, in the past they have helped me fix my furnace right over the phone. The kind of local busness I love to support.

My home ac failed on a Sunday morning. I called at business open on Monday and they had my unit up and running by 1030 am. I will definitely be doing future business with them.

They informed me I needed to have my propane tank above 10% for their troubleshooting on my furnace to be accurate. I scheduled a tank refill and they called me the next day to see if the refill had happened. Refreshing to have a proactive experience in customer service.

I live down the street from the guy that gave a negative review. He told that he was trying to get free service and made up the entire story. Terrible that people feel they can use social media to take advantage of good companies! Home Heating and the service tech Mitch are by far the most honest and reputable service people out there. You will not find a better heating/ac company. I highly recommend this company.

Last week I went to check on my cottage and came into the house finding it to be 39 degrees with the furnace out. I called Home Heating who had put the furnace in 23 years ago. Someone came out within an hour. Mitch had the part to fix but recommended to replace the furnace since the part was costly and furnace was past life expectancy. A new furnace was installed the next morning at a very reasonable price. I recommend Home Heating highly!

Furnace stopped on a weekend, of course! I called Home Heating, and was able to get an appt. right away. He was right on time and fixed my furnace very quickly and took time to answer my questions as well. Highly recommend!

The service man showed up w/o wearing a mask. Both my wife and I are high risk, so I asked him about a mask, and he grunted and waled in. I should have sent him home, but I was in the house, and I was certain I'd be billed. I showed him to the furnace, and he did work I did not request, and did not give me the information I had scheduled the visit for. The company offered to refund the cost, but we compromised at 50/50. I still don't have the inspection I had requested. This may seem like a small incident, but there are many excellent heating and cooling providers in the Holland area, and I'd suggest finding one with better service.

Furnace stopped working Friday Evening ( out of regular service hours ) Technician returned request for service within 10 minutes, Arrived at my home in 25 minutes, Repair completed in 15 minutes.

Kudos to my favorite "go to" people for anything heat or cooling. I called Home Heating and Air Conditioning at 4:15 this afternoon as I watched my thermostat drop from 67° to 65° in less than an hour! They caught the service technician as he was on his way home and by 5:20 p.m. a part had been replaced and I had heat! This is the first repair to my 20 year old furnace... Home Heating HAS done all the fall maintenance annually but that is all! They are amazing, responsive and competitive! I will always highly recommend them!!!

Needed a licensed HVAC pro to diagnose a gas/leak type odor detected in my home. I could/did not smell it , but several visitors did. Home Heating tech Ken did notice it IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING MY HOME! He checked every possibility with all types of exploratory tools, including a gas meter but nothing detected. A
SECOND pass at every appliance and gas pipe option, he detected by "ear"! Near the water heater, he heard a very slight hiss of air. An elbow joint in gas line delivering gas to hot water heater had a tiny pinhole size crack which was the answer. Thanks Home Heating for the perseverance required to fix this!
