Brad, the owner of Xcel, went the extra mile on our installation. The quote he gave us was spot on. The professionalism was excellent. Had furnace and A/C installed. When finished installing units you could not see any signs of them ever being here, the basement and yard were spotless. Thanks for everything. Wish their were higher stars then 5. A 10 would be appropriate. Thanks again.

I have three kids and have been without heat since November 14th. He seems to think was no big deal even with the snow rolling in. Then when he does decide to show two hours late to my appointment because of a no heat call (remind you me out since November 14th) he brings a fence WAY to small to heat my home and then doesn't even bother to hook it up all the way. Mind you. These is just a run down of the story. An only gets worse. Might I add it's still not fixed!!!!!!!!

Needed a 24 volt transformer to repair my system, in the middle of an ice storm, they were able to provide one on a Saturday, when no one else could.

Really great business....installers of new furnace were very competent....little cleanup after they left....5 star business and I highly recommend them.

Our central air went out July 31st, and Bill and his son was out to our house August 1st to fix our issue. It did not take long to have our house cool again 🙂
