I rent and my landlord chose to use this company when my furnace went out. The guys were amazing and so respectful. They cleaned up and were a lot of fun to joke with while they were doing the great work! So excited about my new furnace.

I am very pleased that I chose the "Wilson Heating Team" to install my Bryant mini-split A/C unit. Bill's installation team, Mathew and Raymond are "the Best in the State". They were very considerate of my needs on the placement of this challenging set. They allowed me to be involved and went above and beyond to make sure this install was done right. Thank You! Wilson's are friendly, responsible and timely. They've installed furnaces in 2 different houses for us and an air conditioner. They are great when you need help or have questions

We had an emergency on the weekend. Wilson's actually had a real person at the end of their emergency line. They came in, made a temporary adjustment so my basement wouldn't flood, and told us they would be here on Monday to fix it. They were and they did. We are quite happy with Wilson's

Cason arrived again to save the day! He restarted our hot water heater and gave us information on what was causing the problem and some very good tips on how to keep it from happening again with better maintenance on our part. Thank you for the sound advice and the very quick service!

We had Wilsons do work for us before. They worked us into their schedule soon & did good work, reasonably. So when we needed a new water heater now, called them. They came promptly. I was very impressed w/ Ronald's professional & rapid manner of getting the job done. His helper, Jerrod did good also. We are happy w/ lots of hot water again, & no leaks or problems.

This company is awesome! Called on on Wednesday and had a furnace and heat pump installed the next Tuesday. Was a class A crew there to install and was a pleasure to have them here and had a awsome time watching. The whole company are a A+. Thanks Wilson Heating and Cooling!!!!!!!

Great place! Had them out to help me with my furnace. They were in and out in about an hour with everything operational. They had a fair price and were easy to talk to. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Had the worst Clogged Toilet of my Lifetime. Tried everything I could myself. I did not succeed. So I gave them a call. They said they would be at my place in like a couple hours to fix it. They showed up early. In 20mins to be exact. He went in using his snake and in about 5mins to 10mins. He had it cleared right up and had it flushing again. So Fast and Efficient. I am very glad with their service. I highly recommend them for all your Heating, Cooling & Plumbing needs.

Furnace stopped working at 4pm on a Saturday (in January) , called Wilson's and they were friendly when they answered. They made it to my house an hour later, super impressed.
They figured out the issue and actually had the part for my 30 year old furnace. Wasn't cheap but... Saturday....
I will definitely be referring them to my friends and will use them again (although I hope I don't have to).

A furnace was installed by Wilson a couple years ago and every winter since it was installed they have had to come do some type of maintenance on it to get it running. Last winter they came out 3 days in a row and replaced a separate part each time and right after they left the furnace would fail and my tenants would be without heat until Wilson was able to return. After the 3rd time I called and was pretty upset so they said they would send a senior tech out. The senior tech realized right away that the blower had malfunctioned or came lose in the furnace they installed and it was blowing the pilot out. 4 visits and hundreds of dollars in parts to figure out the fan had to be tightened so I refused to pay so they hired lawyers and took me to court and I could not afford to miss work or hire a lawyer so in the end they got their payment for the half rate service but I will never use this company again and if whoever is reading this wants the job done right they will hire someone else. I typically try to support local family businesses but this companies work ethic and moral standards are an example of everything wrong with America today.

Wilson's Heating and Cooling not only were professional but very responsive to our unique needs at the school. Their communication was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend them for any and all of their services and plan to business with them again in the future.

Chase was great and very knowledgeable about my hydronic heating system. He answered all my questions and found some problems which he easily fixed and already I am getting 100% better performance from my system. Greatly appreciate the help! Review #2 - January 2020:
We woke up Christmas morning in the cold...our furnace was clearly not working! We fully expected to simply leave a voicemail when we called Wilson's, so were very pleasantly surprised when our call was patched directly over to Nancy Wilson, at home. We were surprised even further when she let us know that Jared was on call and would come by soon. Jared did come over and after a thorough inspection, found that the furnace was unable to be repaired and had to be replaced. Still, he left us with a space heater and ordered a new furnace right away. The removal of the old furnace and installation of the new one was completed 48 hours later, by Raymond and Matthew. Like Jared, they were pleasant, prompt and professional - obviously a hallmark of Wilson's customer service motto. Further, Wilson's made us aware and applied for a refund on our warranty from the original (broken) furnace, as well as applying for a rebate on our behalf from Consumers Energy, for our new, high efficiency. This is a lot of detail to explain - again - that we rely solely on Wilson's for our all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs, and their customer service and end results have never let us down!
We have always relied on Wilson's for prompt and professional service, and our most recent experience with them is just one more reason to do so. We had a broken part on our backroom/stand-alone furnace, so we took it in to them for a replacement. However, they pointed out that the part was not broken after all - it just had a loose wire. We brought it back home and reinstalled it, and they were right - the part was not broken, and the furnace immediately began working properly. Then - first thing the following morning, we received a call from a technician at Wilson's, just to follow up regarding the part and whether or not our furnace was working.
In case we needed service, he wanted to call and fit us in first. So my initial gratitude was that they did not simply "agree" with us that the part was broken and sell us a new (unnecessary) replacement, but I was doubly impressed when they took the initiative to follow-up and call to check on us. Customer service at its best!

Fast workers. The job was finished in a few hours, and the duct repairs were great. They were thorough, they didn't leave a mess, and they were friendly as well. The price was lower than expected, too! We were very satisfied.

Wilson's were one of four estimates I got for complete furnace and AC replacement.
Chase and Kasen arrived and they're so friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. And that God's for the office staff as well. Awesome Ladies for sure. An added plus is that they carry Bryant equipment (appliances), the best! Once I decide what financing option to go with, I will be giving Wilson's a call. From what I've learned about them, and what I already know about heating and cooling, my opinion and recommendations without any doubt or hesitation would be to go with Wilson's!!

I've used Wilson's many times. It's usually my first and only call. They are very responsive, communicative and take the time to educate you on your needs and their solutions. Give them a call.

They installed a dry well for our water conditioning system. Our technicians were on time, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner. They left the yard outside better than they found it. We will definitely call them again. Great job!

What an awesome installation crew. They were professionals yet friendly. Their work was detailed. Every question was answered and when they were done I knew I had made a good choice. I recommend Wilsons for any Plumbing, heating or cooling needs.
