Work with PCI on a daily basis. The girls are quick and courteous, and usually easy and good communication with the inspector. We are a HVAC company, and they have been great to work with compared to some of the other jurisdictions we service.

A hustle if there ever was one. Paying more for the application and permit to make improvements to our house than we are paying in supplies to make improvements. Not only that, but they only inspect the face of the work, not the inner workings (fireplace). Had to hire an outside company to make sure the chimney was even safe to use, even though PCI exists to "make sure things are done safely and up to code". I wonder how many fireplaces and woodstoves are "inspected" only to result in damage to property for being improperly vented.

This Company Went more then Above and beyond with the whole process of my home remodel . Everyone from the receptionist, to the actual inspectors. Even was able to sit down with A manager when an inspector was not available to go over questions about my project. Performed a basement remodel where some things in the Plumbing area could have easily been way over my head , But Mark was more then willing to show me what he needed and what it would take to get it done. Countless other things I will not even mention!!!
