Fibercare was extremely professional. They had great customer service. I worked with them to have the carpets cleaned at the small business I own. They were flexible, on time, and did a great job! They were able to get out all of the stains and their price was very fair.

I looked everywhere for someone who did a true solvent-only clean on upholstery and finally found Fibercare. Not only were they able to do it, they worked me into their schedule for my furniture could be cleaned before my son's open house that same week which was such a bonus for me. Rachel, in the office, is incredibly friendly and helpful and the techs who showed up to clean were professional and informative. I will use them again for sure!

David, from FiberCare Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Company treated my house as if it was his house. He listened to my concerns, worked diligently removing all stains from my carpet and three huge chairs, never appearing rushed like other companies.

This is the second time we have had Fibercare clean area rugs/upholstery. Andrew, our cleaning technician, took great care with cleaning two large area rugs and four upholstered chairs. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions, and the finished work was wonderful. We have been looking for a new carpet cleaning business as we haven’t been able to find one that we’ve been impressed with. We have grand babies and pets and I don’t want a lot of chemicals used on our carpets. I was also looking for a company that had knowledgeable team members instead of kids that know little about cleaning carpets. FiberCare was recommended to us and we are very happy with their service. There wasn’t any surprises as to what we were being charged and the gentleman that came out seemed very knowledgeable. He measured everything and gave me the quote before starting. He was professional and conscientious. He even cleaned up an old spot under a bed where our dog had thrown up!!!

Just got our couch clean today, and omg does it look amazing. Girlfriend was stressing about marks on the couch and how she tried to clean it and made it worse and gave this company a call and they showed up 1 hr later and Andrew did a fantastic job and was polite and professional. Hand on boot covers for his shoes and was fast and detailed! 10/10 recommend!

Called them in panic mode because I tried to clean our couch on my own because it was so dirty and left marks from the cleaner I used!!! Andrew came within an hour after calling and legit SAVED our couch. It looks brand new. Will definitely be doing this every 3-6 months. He even had booties on to enter our home. Very professional and great at his job

You have to use there service. They came on time and did a great job in a timely fashion. And when I needed emergency services, itvwas no problem. And a great price . I will be using there services again.
