Andrew and Justice did a great job on our carpet. There are spots that will never get entirely clean due to wear, but they managed to make them almost like new.

Recently had Fibercare out to clean our hardwood floors as well as a chair and ottoman. The service personnel called when they were heading our way, were friendly, and provided exceptional service. Highly recommended!

We are so glad we were referred to Fibercare, instead of using one the more advertised carpet cleaners. Andrew had a big challenge, as we needed many carpets stretched to remove large ‘wrinkles’ as well as having multiple stains. The results are close to miraculous! Fibercare cleaned two long hallways and over 100 stairs at our 12- unit apartment building. It was a noticeable difference unlike the previous service we used. We highly recommend their services!!

Fibercare came out to clean our couch and loveseat upholstery. They did an okay job. Most the stains did not come out and can still be seen slightly. Maybe that's normal, I don't know. This is the first time we tried Fibercare. They completely forgot to move a cushion and did not clean the top part of one of them. My husband asked them to come out to finish the job, and the woman said "we're not coming out again" and "we didn't charge you enough the first time" and that they came out to do a "light cleaning". Why on earth would we pay to have our upholstery lightly cleaned only? We want the furniture cleaned thoroughly the first time. Unethical business practice, I would say. This is the first time and this is the last time using Fibercare.

In 30+ years of personal cleanliness with keeping home carpets and car interior pristine; no other company has ever performed like this one. I've given their name out to many friends whom also were very happy with their service, and Fibercare in Grandville sent me a real check (paper) which I never expected....I wish Fibercare was in Florida (where I live now) and in California (where my kids live now) and in Ohio (where my Dad and siblings are) BECAUSE they're the very best: miracles of removing stains that you'd never thought would come out.

They are very professional and was able to fit in with my schedule. I had my furniture cleaned and a few small stains removed, they took their time and was able to meet my needs. Thanks for the extra cleaning supplies and now I know who to contact for more cleaning in the future.

We had a small flood happen and Fibercare was here immediately and took care of Everything! They showed up every day for multiple days until house was all dry. Very professional and I'm extremely pleased with their work! You'll be happy!

Our basement flooded this summer due to a broken sump pump. Rachel was so kind & reassuring us with advice on how to handle the situation immediately and got a crew out to help us clean, dry basement, & replace the padding. John checked our basement almost every day for 2 weeks, monitoring humidity levels, drying, mold etc. He took care of our basement as if it were his own. They’ve since cleaned the basement & our upstairs carpets and did a fantastic job cleaning & spit treating. We’ve hired several national & local chains before and NONE took the time as Fibercare did. We are happy to provide 5 stars & become their loyal customers!

The service was mediocre.
The woman I spoke with told me 2:30pm, I rushed home and got a call at 2:30pm they would be there at 4pm.
The crew arrived at 3:45pm and told me it would take 2 hours. I needed to leave by 5pm. They ended up not being able to clean the entire sofa.

$200 for a cleaning was fine, I suppose.

Just underwhelmed with the poor communication and requested arrival time.

When another carpet cleaning company was a no-show, Fibercare was able to work us in on the same day! Andrew cleaned our basement carpets thoroughly and also removed a stain that I thought was impossible to remove. We will use their services again.

I’ve been having Fibercare come to my home for years. They are incredible! From customer service, communication, quality of work, carefulness and professionalism, patience and kindness, creatively solving some problems, most cost effective solutions, input on how to resolve a mildew issue under our exercise mats, what kind of carpet to get at a new home, etc. I can seriously not say enough about Fibercare and tell all my friends and family about how amazing they are as well! We will be hiring them for years to come! They are hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with!

Fibercare did an outstanding job from start to finish!! When I scheduled the cleaning of our two upholstered couches, Rachel patiently answered all of my questions and did everything possible to schedule the job at our convenience. Andrew, the expert technician, made our recently purchased used upholstery look like new! The Fibercare team were professional and conscientious from start to finish!

Impressed with the great service! Fibercare was recommended by a friend, since I was sick of using the chain service companies. They showed up on time, spent a great deal of time on each couch, and then treated it with a stain resistant treatment. The price for two full size sofas plus treatment, and the gentleman worked on both from 9:30 to 1pm, it was worth every penny. The sofa that is 10 years old, looks brand new.

Yes, It’s True, Fiber(care) is Good for You!

We had an outstanding experience with the Fibercare team, whom we hired to clean the floors in our cottage this summer after our remodel. From my first communications with their office manager Rachel, to the cleaning with John and Keith, everything was top-notch.

Rachel is a tremendous gatekeeper, and wonderful brand ambassador. She is gregarious, helpful, thoughtful, and very thorough—everything you could want from a person charged with first impressions.

In a former life we owned and operated an interior design firm in SE Michigan. It was well established that Chet’s Cleaning was the “go to” for carpet cleaning and floor upkeep on that side of the state. I learned earlier this year, Fibercare, is the “go to” for all things flooring in Mid and West Michigan. Our experience confirmed this to be true.

Our old carpeting looked almost as good as new when Fibercare was through. We had special issues with heavy furniture indents, and heavy set stains that they tackled with aplomb considering the length of time they existed.

We can’t imagine returning to our newly remodeled cottage without their service. It was the perfect finshing touch.

We will not hesitate to use them again, and recommend their service highly. Care is the core of the Fibercare experience.
