About a week after they were out here cleaning, my Golden Retriever messed with a skunk late at night. I was out of town on a Friday, and I called Rachel at 3:30pm and John was there by 4:15! He cleaned and DE skunked my carpeting and finished up around 6:15-6:30! The place was void of any skunk smell!! I cannot say enough about the great customer service and of course saving me from a stinky condo all weekend!!! I highly recommend Fiber ProTector of West Michigan!!!

This is our 2nd year with Tidy and we couldn't be happier. We have a LOT of windows and face Lake Macatawa. They get pretty dirty - plus we had extra grime associated with landscaping work from last fall. As they worked their way through the house, they also dusted a chandelier! Worth every penny.

The team that cleaned our windows were fabulous. We had some challenging windows to reach, but they went above and beyond. Nice folks too!
