The team at AquaLink is very thorough and responsive when you need to reach them. They explain the services they are completing and educate me on the proper use of chemicals. I appreciate them very much as my pool system is somewhat complex.

Unreliable and poor customer service. I would not recommend them. Needed a pool opened for a real estate deal so that it could be inspected. Original pool company fell through last minute, so we contacted Aqua Link during the last few days of our inspection deadline. They said they would be able to come out and open/inspect the pool two days later and that it would only take 30-60 minutes. We confirmed a time. I canceled the other pool companies I was speaking with at the time because Aqua Link was able to meet our short deadline. The next day, Aqua Link texted me and said they were sorry but the boss said they could no longer open the pool because the following week they would be short-staffed. I begged them to reconsider based on the importance of getting the pool opened for this deadline and the fact that we canceled the other pool companies we were speaking with because Aqua Link said they that they would be able to open it. I even offered to pay extra and to help. They didn’t answer my messages. I sent multiple requests to reconsider and they finally responded and said they still couldn’t do it. I went back to the previous pool companies and their schedules had booked up. Poor customer service and seems like they just didn’t care. Was not handled properly.

Just want to let people know these guys are awesome. Very easy to talk to , they came over several times, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the filter problem I was having. My pool looks great, runs great. I highly recommend AquaLink . Thank You guys for all your work. Sheryl Spoelstra
