Terrible! I really hate to leave negative reviews and am slow to do it, but the experience here has been worse than bad. They did a service that wasn't asked for and then billed me for it. This was after I had told them several times not to come and do another application (because the first one didn't seem great). Since then they have probably called 10 times in the last year and each time I ask them to take me off the list and not call again but they keep calling. Frustrating.

We will be cancelling our contract, as our lawn has never looked so horrible...Chickweed in entire north side...called them and they said they'd come out. Never did. We used to have Dandy Lawns for about 2 yrs plus, but they sold to this place when retiring. We never had an issue with dead patches down to the soil. We could be gone for a week and still come back, water a couple days & it greener right up. Now since these people have taken over, we have had nothing but weeds, yellow spots, dead areas down to soil...it's pathetic...have shared with the company but they always have an excuse with no real concern....our lawn, in 25 yrs has never looked so horrible. We only wish that Dandy Lawns wouldn't have retired, as Dennis was always conscientious and had pride in his company.

Not Cancel Any Time - Rude On The Phone When Canceling - Avoid : I'm not a lwn expert, but I'm willing to pay one. I paid for every recommended treatment. They won me over with the no contract cancel any time. The guy selling the service was helpful, and I really liked this company. Lawn looked fine at the end of the year, and I was happy. Spring came and my lawn was dead and brown again. This was the problem we were supposed to remedy with the very expensive aeration and overseeding. The "technician" showed up to the house and my wife told him to wait for me. Again I was told no obligation, and I could cancel any time. The guy went ahead and started applying chemical (didn't wait for me), and talked to a friend of mine walking outside about the weather. The guy said he thought my friend was me, reasonable mistake I guess, but he didn't wait to start either. When I get outside a few minutes later the guy was gone. I called the company and told them that I wasn't happy, the nice lady on the phone said that she was sorry and she would take care of it. I thought we were done. The office manager / owner called me and asked what the problem was. I told him that I wasn't happy that after doing everything they recommended my lawn was dead and brown. I wasn't interested in their service anymore, but I was't upset. He wanted a chance to fix things and I said I already contacted another company. At that point he said he wanted payment. I told him that I didn't feel I should have to pay because I wasn't happy and my wife told the guy not to do the service until talking to me (he was just trying to give me free service a minute ago to make up for my problems). He said that he should still get paid. I gave him a simple solution. If I pay I become an unhappy customer and tell everyone to avoid them, or he makes me a happy customer and we'll call it good. You can see he chose $53 over his reputation.

I've been happy with these guys. They do what they say they are going to do and they are reasonably priced for the service they provide. I especially like the slit seed seeder because it works so well. When the seed is planted deeper, it is not necessary to water twice per day until it sprouts.

Chris was very friendly and professional. In the past, All Green has done a superb job taking care of our lawn. Looking forward to another great year.

Had a question about weed killer yesterday. Left a message and call was returned in minutes. I was told they would schedule weed killer and Jacob, the Tech, has already been here. He was personable and professional. Customer service is beyond excellent and my lawn is beautiful!!!!

I've been using All Green for 5 years. I have a Violet problem in our back yard. Violets are very difficult to eradicate. They keep coming back. The people at All Green have used different products.
Last year the Violets were only in a small area and All Green treated that area once more. I think they are gone for good. We'll see this summer.
All Green has been great solving this issue and I would recommend them to anyone that cares about having their lawn look good.

We have been using All Green for years for our yard care. They have always done an excellent job and have been very responsive to all my needs. The staff are very warm and friendly, from the receptionist to those who work in the field. I am very please with their service!

They are ok with dealing with weeds, however, they only will spray 46-0-0 fertilizer even in the peak temps of the summer.

I called and emailed to have my number removed from their call list multiple times and they continue to contact me.

We recently needed two trees removed from our backyard. Kuiper Tree Care was the first company to call back after our inquiry for a quote and was first onsite to review the trees. They provided the fastest (and most professional) electronic quote and their fees were incredibly competitive. We were impressed with their customer service. The owner (Ben) and team arrived onsite and had both trees down safely in record time. The team also meticulously cleaned the yard and driveway of all tree limbs - even small twigs - and then swept all dust. Kuiper Tree Care has our highest recommendation and has earned all our future business!

I can only repeat what other reviewers have said. This is a business where everything is done right, from initial contact through final cleanup. Calls, texts, emails are answered promptly. Appointments are kept. Quotes are fair. Equipment is top quality and designed for safety. The team is skilled, energetic and incredibly hardworking, as well as friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure having them here. They took down one massive silver maple that had outgrown its space and skillfully trimmed two others, removing large limbs that threatened the roof. All done safely and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Kuiper Tree Care was in our property today, and I cannot recommend them high enough. Ben, and the crew not only looked professional but were very professional in their work. And the cleaning up and removal of debris after the work was done was great. And the cost of the work was very reasonable and within our budget. We looked at three other companies and happy we used Kuiper Tree Care.

The crew came and took down a large dead Locust tree in our back yard. The whole process was super smooth starting right from the quoting process. The crew that came to take down the tree was very friendly and did an awesome job of protecting the yard and cleaning up after the job was done. Will definitely call them the next time we have a tree removal need.

Kuiper Tree Care provided amazing service. We had a tree fall into our neighbor"s yard. I called Kuiper Tree Care and Ben Kuiper was at our house within 15 minutes. He came back the next day started to cut up the tree and is crew came back two days later to finish the job. They are a skilled crew and Ben Kuiper is the BEST to work with. I highly recommend using his tree service!

Ben and his team cut down a fairly large tree on my property by the lake! His team was professional and got the job done in a timely manner! Once the tree was down and cut up they removed all the logs and cleaned my yard up! After that, Ben organized a stump grinder to grind the stump down so that I could begin to grow grass again!

I had an excellent experience using Kuiper Tree Service recently. They came when they said they would to cut down and remove two large trees on my property. The next day they returned and did a very good job of cleaning up. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
