Don Manske did a fantastic job of describing everything. He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable of all the options we had and told us of the pros and cons of all of our options.He told us the differences between Sullivan Heatiing & Cooling and some of their competitors.Honest,easy to talk to and gave us a great deal. As of right now I would highly recommend Don and Sullivan Heating & Cooling. We get our new furnace & AC unit installed next week.

Chris and Matt were amazing! Super friendly! Very professional. Walked us through the entire process. Answer all of our questions and did an amazing job explaining everything that was done and how to maintain it! I highly recommend these gentleman!

Matt found the problem with our furnace in a matter of minutes with his inspection camera. He showed us the problem on his tablet and fixed it. He also told us about a future consideration for the furnace. He is a very competent and pleasant person. We were very pleased with his service.

Had a fantastic experience with the Sullivan team. Consumers Energy fried the electrical work on my furnace. I had contractor come out and tell me that it likely needed to be replaced. I called Sullivan. They repaired the existing furnace, checked (and even cleaned) my AC unit, and ultimately told me that there was no need to replace. They provided me with honest insight and didn't try to sell me anything. I signed up to their annual inspection plan. Really appreciate the great service.

My heating system went out the other night and I saw great reviews about Sullivan’s and decided to give them a call. I was so glad that I did! From the first call til the end, it was a positive experience. Jordan came out and was able to find the problem and explained the issue. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional! I will definitely call Sullivan’s in the future!!

A huge thank you to Sullivans.Came out on Monday and talked about our options. Our old furnace was 40 years old. Time for an upgrade.New furnace was up and running by Friday. So pleased with the professionalism and expertise of this company.Would highly recommend.

Our previous furnace had given us problems off and on for several years. This year, when we called the company that installed it, they had difficulty diagnosing the problem, even though they had fixed the same issue multiple times in the past, and eventually gave up and recommended we call someone else.

We found Sullivan Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing on Angie's List, gave them a call, and a very friendly and professional man came out, easily found the problem, and also found a few cracks in the heat exchanger, which is considered a safety issue.

Within a half-hour, he had answered all our questions, gave us a quote on a new furnace, and we made the decision to go with it. The company even went out of their way to get the new furnace installed within a week. Luckily, we were able to keep our old furnace going long enough so we weren't without heat during that time.

The day of installation went just as smoothly. Two guys came out, gave us a clear estimate of how long it was going to take, and proceeded to create what appears to be a work of art with the installation. GREAT attention to detail.

Again, they answered any question we had and left us with a well-running furnace, which is even better than what we had.

Without a doubt, I highly recommend Sullivan Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing because they are incredibly professional and treat their customers right.

Don was absolutely fantastic!!! We thought we needed our furnace replaced, but Don checked on a warranty for us, and found that we still had a warranty and they could replace the parts within 48 hours at a fraction of the cost. Another company told us we needed to replace the entire furnace, and didn’t offer any kind of service or warranty review. Don’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help is so appreciated. I will be recommending Sullivan Heating and Cooling to everyone I know!

I had a furnace tune up today. Matt Bates was my technician. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. He explained everything he did and respectfully answered all my questions. I will definitely be using Sullivans Heating and Cooling in the future. I had a light bulb burn out on my basement ceiling and Matt offered to replace it for me. Love the customer service!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Sullivan! Our furnace went out during the coldest week ever and every other place was telling me it would be into next week for an install, they came out and evaluated and gave me all of my options and were here the very next morning to install a whole new system! From the sales manager, Don to the install team-Chris (and his partner) they were absolutely phenomenal to work with and explained everything in detail. They stayed and ensured the system was working properly and explained how everything operated. I have never had better service from anyone. They are extremely professional and go above and beyond! Don’t even think twice, definitely call Sullivan!!!

I had an issue that resulted in my blower motor bearings going out, making crazy noises. I put in a new blower myself only to find out the same issue happened with that motor too not 36 hours later. I called Sullivan to come out and diagnose/inspect my work, (which was done correctly) and Matt came out and determined there was a problem most likely in the control board, but was not really repairable without throwing tons of new parts at it, including a new board, IF a compatible one could be found, the cost of which would be worth more than the furnace itself being 33 years old. We opted to replace the furnace and noticed also that our electrical panel was in desperate need of replacement. Sullivan took care of finding us great electricians to do that work as well. A new furnace is always expensive, but Sullivan did the whole job in a day during a polar vortex and got my home and family warm again that night. It was a massive upgrade to our home that was honestly going to happen any time anyway from day 1 living there. Glad it's behind us now, but also glad I know who to bring back next time I need HVAC work done. Many thanks to Sullivan Heating & Cooling. I felt like I was in very good hands with Matt. He was a straight shooter and helped explain what he was testing and why. In today’s world you need to be able to trust in who you are dealing with, I left like Matt provided this. We did not find exact issue that was going on today, but next step is replacement cost on a new unit as it does not seem wise to repair and invest in 19 year old unit with no more warranties. Thanks Matt for helping me out on the coldest day of the year on a weekend!
