Russell took the time to answer questions and was very knowledgeable and polite. This is my second furnace and water heater from Royal Comfort and both times have gone exceptionally well.

I really can't say enough good things about Bryan, our technician. Gracious, friendly, professional, timely, thoughtful. My wife and I are immunity compromised, and he was exceptional in his care and thoughtfulness for our situation.

Al at Royal Comfort Mechanical located more than one significant leak, when three other companies would not return my call for service for a leak of R22. He was professional, and had superior experience and knowledge of the repair and an installation of new equipment.

After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for our dishwasher to be delivered they ended up being late to deliver it-which is fine- I get it, life happens. What is not fine was KAREN's attitude when I called to see what was going on! She was SO rude, never once apologized for her company being late on delivery, and made me feel like it was my fault by the end of the call. Terrible customer service!
The delivery guy-Braydon, however, was extremely nice. The very first words out of his mouth were an apology for being late, and he was very friendly and professional.

Bryan is the most friendly and professional HVAC tech I have ever worked with and I've interfaced with dozens over my years in commercial construction. His knowledge/ experience as well as his ability to translate what needs to happen into concrete numbers and descriptions are amazing. We have had a few hvac folks out before we called Royal Comfort Mechanical and we won't be going anywhere else ever again.

We had a leak in our refrigerant line and Bryan took the time to give us the options of what could get us back on the road to surviving 85+ heat, we got it patched up temporarily with some sealant and leak detector. We found the tiny pin hole leak a few weeks later and he promptly came out within a day or two, purged the lines, patched it and got our old tired ac unit running like a champ.

We will eventually be replacing our hvac system in the house and we know exactly who we are going to call to do the work.

Do yourself a favor if you are looking for something to be fixed correctly and affordably give Royal Comfort Mechanical a call. They are great!

I have never had a problem with them coming out to make sure that our residents are taken care of in a professional manner. They know our equipment and fix whenever possible not just try to push to replace everything. I would recommend them highly to anyone that needs a good mechanical contractor.

Very friendly and professional company. Had barely any heat coming out of my vents and they fixed our issue quickly. They drove an hour away to come help us and were here on time. Definitely recommend this company.

I have used RCM several times at a variety of properties. Office staff, installers and technicians have all been professional and courteous. My furnace quit on Friday evening before Christmas Eve and required a major part that had to be found Xmas Eve day. They got it at 9:30am in the snow blizzard and drove an hour to my house and had the furnace going by noon. They saved our Christmas as we had 16 people arriving Christmas Day. 5 star all the way!

Tristan Waters and his colleague installed our new dryer and removed our old dryer. The service was professional, quick and efficient. It was done neatly as well and they explained everything clearly. I would definitely utilize their services again!

Would never recommend this service to anyone. Lack of communication caused great stress and anxiety. Basically ruined our day and there was no apology or compensation. Only response was to make excuses and want to reschedule their bad service. All that we wanted was our delivery which we paid for ahead of time which holds the customer captive and without leverage. We are making a recommendation to Lowe’s to change their service contract to another company. Their service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The technician was fine but should look for another company so his reputation doesn’t get ruined!

Almir, the owner, came out to perform our 1st year maintenance service on our whole house Generac generator. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Took the extra time to provide me with some very important owner training. Great company. Great service.

I was referred to Royal Comfort Mechanical from a relative of mine and I was not disappointed. We had a different technician than my family member had but the same excellent service. The thing I liked most was the integrity of the technician and his commitment to making it right that same day even though it meant driving an hour away to pick up a part. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of services.

They were very easy to communicate with and were able to install an entire new system within two weeks of our air conditioning going out. Al explained to pros/cons of doing repairs vs replacing out system (everything was from 1994) and we were able to make a confident choice to move forward quickly. System was installed quickly and correctly and we have no complaints!

Edit: The owner contacted me with great apologies and understand meant of my frustration. He definitely made it right plus some. Thankfully my cat is safe happy and healthily.
Wires were left on my cat tree! Allowing the wires to be ingested by my cat! $200 on a extra thanks to this company! And lack of cleaning!

We've hired Royal Comfort to install our gas line for our new dryer, inspect/repair furnace, and quote a new laundry sink configuration. It is great to work with a company that communicates as well as RC and follows through! Thank you!

I was given Almir's (the owner's) contact from my brother who contracted work for his home furnace last year. He had a great experience working with him. My hot water heater saw it's last day, last week. Before contacting Royal Comfort Mechanical, I had another company out to provide a quote. Using my desperation for the need of hot water against me, this other company gave a highly inflated cost to install a new heater. Almir took the professional route and presented a fair cost quote to have the work done. His company dropped off a new water heater on Friday. I had to wait through the weekend for the installation, but when Monday morning came, 4 mechanical experts showed up and quickly installed the new unit. They were courteous, professional, quick, and conscientious. Their communication is very good. So if you have a heating, cooling, or plumbing issue, I highly recommend this company. I know who I'll be calling for my next repair. It's good to have a company you can trust these days.
