Arbor Man LLC recently removed a large maple tree for us. We're repeat customers and we highly recommend them. From their friendly, helpful office staff to the prompt, knowledgeable and skillful crew, this company truly deserves 5 stars for their work. The clean-up afterwards was excellent as well. We believe Arbor Man to be a great company to do business with.

I had two dead 65 foot trees surrounded by power lines and other yard stuff that nobody would touch.

It literally took a year of effort on the company owner's part to make this job possible. He got the access needed and they got a very difficult job done flawlessly. Top notch!

Three other tree services said they couldn't do it with all the hazards. These guys saved us and our property from the threat of these dangerous dead trees.

This Company performed a tree service removal around the corner from me for a neighbor. A truck pulling a trailer with the very high enclosed bed (for storing mulch) came and parked in front of my house. I keep my tree in front of the house trimmed high so that typical trucks can pass underneath them. There was ample room to park the this truck well before my tree (50-60 ft of open boulevard space), however, the young driver came and parked directly under the tree, snapping and debarking branches. When I saw another worker come back to the truck to get something off it, I spoke to the worker and showed him. You could see branches were broken and others on the tree were still bent as the branches were pinned sideways against the side of the truck. The person I spoke to apologized and said he would inform his boss and they would see what they could do to correct the issue if they had to trim any of the broken branches. I asked that they first speak with me before doing anything and he said they would. I work in my front office of the house so I could see when they returned to the vehicle. About 1-2 hours later the young driver came back and walked around the side of the truck specifically to look up at truck hitting the branches (so I know the one worker must have informed them). He then got in the truck, backed up a few feet and drove away. Thereafter, all other vehicles the site left. No one stopped by to either speak with me or assess any damage. I find it poor that an expert tree company would know better than to drive a tall truck under a tree and so close to the curb where it would break branches on a tree. What is worse as no one came by to look at the issue or speak with me. I waited a week before submitting this as I thought maybe their boss was not on site at the time and would be back, but no one returned. Again, very poor to damage other people's property and not even have the courtesy to speak with them thereafter.

I had contacted Arbor man last week in regard to our red oak tree. It is over 140 years old and wanted to save the tree but not sure if we could with all the dead branches high up in the wires. Evan came out 2 days after my call and told us the tree could be saved, and he could do the job but would need to bring in his heavy equipment. They were here yesterday and what a job they did! It was incredible at how organized and efficient all the workers were. It was not an easy job as they had to get past our gates, go between our pool and garage and trees to get the crane in the back yard plus under the cable wires too! The red oak was next to our garage and fence and neighbor's garage. Watching Evan hanging from the crane up near the top of the tree roping off and cutting the dead branches was just amazing. They were done in about 4 1/2 hours and the site was completely cleaned up. We were very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend them!

Arbor Man did an amazing job cutting down a big tree in our backyard. They were quick, fully equipped, professional and they have all the safety gears for their workers are well. Not to mention they are the cheapest of all the tree company we asked for quotes. Highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with our service from Arbor Man. Had 2 large trees removed that involved a crane and extra deep stump grinding. Crew worked nonstop from 7:30 - 4pm when last truck left. Crew very polite and courteous and attention to detail was constant regarding clean up before leaving.
Highly recommend to others and I will definately return to them if the need arises again.

Crew did a fantastic job! Ours was a small job - remove a couple bushes and grind a couple stumps. They quoted a fair price, Came on time with a full crew and made quick work of it. They took care trying not to damage sprinkler lines and nearby pavers, and were done in short order. Their attention to detail was great, putting up plywood to protect the house from flying wood chips, and spend a good bit of time getting the rest of the wood chips out of the lawn, walk and driveway. The crew was courteous and efficient - just can't say enough good things about them and the job they did!

We had a huge red oak taken down by the crew of 6. They worked efficiently and coordinately in a very professional manner. This tree was leaning over our house more and more each year so we finally decided to have it removed. They maneuvered a National Crane into our back yard with finesse and without damaging even the ground. Within 4 and a half hours they had it done and the yard completely cleaned up. The one cutting the limbs off took a couple pictures of damage way up in the tree that none of us had seen or suspected. He shared them with me via text. A marvelous crew and job.

We have been trying to get a tree service to remove an oak from our yard for 2 years, other services never called back. Evan came right out and gave us an honest quote and the office (Teri) was quick to get our contract set up. Teri from the office communicated with us several times to make sure we knew what was happening. The crew showed up on the day they were scheduled and the area was completely clean by the next day. I was impressed by their safety standards including the crew wearing safety gear. Evan came out with all his own equipment, meaning we didn't have to pay the comp[any extra to rent the needed equipment. This tree was no easy job, it was over 13' around. Don't sign a contract with anyone else until you speak to Arbor Man.

I have used Arbor Man for years for tree removal and pruning. This time, they included their superb landscaping skills and planted 7 trees after removing some very old pine trees. Evan did the initial consult, Teri and Kari provided the written and verbal communications while Jack, Cody and the rest of the crew showed up to transform my yard. They worked quickly, efficiently and neatly to produce amazing results! I’ve already forwarded their info to a neighbor. Thanks to all at Arbor Man.

We recently hired Arbor Man to remove several 40-year old trees located close to the house, grind some stumps and remove a number of large shrubs and we were beyond pleased with the result. The crew worked efficiently and tirelessly all day, took great care with the lawn and the surrounding structures (zero damage) and left without a trace. We would definitely hire them again for tree removal.

After providing a prognosis on the condition of my favorite tree, Arbor Man LLC was hired (after 3 other estimates) and removed a very large beech tree located in the backyard extremely close to the house.. They showed up on time, with the right equipment and a good attitude. The job required a crane moving large pieces above roof and on to the front yard where they were quickly cut up, chipped and carted away. This was completed in a timely manner and with no breaks. Evan(owner) was patient and answered all of my questions in detail. From Terri ( in the office) to multiple crew members all interactions were professional and forthcoming.

Cody and the other workers did a beautiful job on our tree. They were very kind and courteous to me while working on our property, and they also did an excellent job of cleanup. I would not even know they had been here other than the fact that we now have a nicely trimmed tree in my backyard. Also very reasonably priced, as I received an estimate from another company for almost $1500 more than Arbor Man for the same job. I appreciate the good work they did and the excellent service, and I would highly recommend Arbor Man to anyone in need of tree service.

If there were a Hall of Fame for tree care, Parshall Tree Care Experts from Livonia would already have a wing named after them. These guys don’t just trim trees — they give them a glow-up. Smart crew, flawless execution, zero mess. Our place looks like it hired Mother Nature’s personal stylist. Five stars, and honestly, they earned a sixth. 🌳

Parshall Tree Care did an excellent job removing a large American Elm that had fallen from my neighbor’s yard into mine. The crew was professional, efficient, and handled a challenging situation safely. They removed the entire tree and thoroughly cleaned up the area, leaving my yard looking great. Did not lay down plywood first which resulted in destroying part of my front lawn and sprinklers. Left pile of dirt and debris on front lawn instead of mounding. Not good quality work.

After A storm took down a few trees in my yard Scott and his crew did a phenomenal job not only with removing the trees but cleanup!!!!!

AMAZING crew!!! They cut down my tree, took care of the tree stump, cleaned up my backyard. They also saved a portion of the tree that a family of squirrels are living in. Scott's crew is truly amazing!!!

Scott is a dedicated aboritist, a gifted inventor who has designed many tools for getting the work done quickly and safely. He is honest and straightforward. A pleasure to do business with.

After an initial phone call, during which Scot agreed to give me an estimate, he simply refused to show up, and refused to answer any phone calls. The result of this is that I have spent two weeks waiting for service, and now I have to go elsewhere.

This is incredibly unprofessional. If this company does not want the business, they should simply say that to the customer.
