I recently had a furnace outage and OnPoint Plumbing & HVAC was sent to my home to do the repair. Jeff the repair man contacted me right away to let me know his estimate time of arrival and was true to his word and was very nice, respectful and professional! He found the issue explained it to me as to what he had to do to fix it and just like that he was on point and got it fixed in the time frame he said and I have my heat back and warm again!

I had an amazing experience with onpoint HVAC i recently moved and my hot water tank needed to be replaced and they reached out very quickly about the problem and installed the hot water tank within no time great with communication the actual guy who replaced it was amazing as well very kind my son is very curious and was saying hi to him and never once got annoyed or acted like he was in the way overall very happy with my experience I would definitely recommend them 🙂

OnPoint recently installed a new A/C unit! Jeff was courteous, friendly and very professional. The installation was perfect with some custom work needed. Cleanup for me was non existent whereas it didn't look like anybody was ever working in the basement or outside! Highly recommend this group!
