Cj and his cousin Tony took care of us for sure, we needed our air ducts cleaned before winter, they had it done in a few hours with no problems at all. At an affordable/fair price. Would definitely recommend, they even scheduled an appointment with our neighbors as well. Don’t get scammed by all these other companies. I will definitely be calling them again next season.

CJ and Matt were my service guys. Very friendly and professional upon arrival. They explained every detail of what they would do. Showed me before and after pictures. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job! I initially hired Unique ADC because they are one of the only service providers that doesn't charge just to come out or charge per vent. When I spoke with them, they were professional and explained the whole process thoroughly. Their whole team really knows how to provide great customer service! Highly recommend.

OMG!! This place was Amazing!!! From Kim to CJ and Tyler. They are so nice, professional and reasonable. When they came into my house, I didn’t have to say take your shoes off or put shoe covers on. They did it automatically. Even though I’m familiar with Air Duct Cleaning, they explained everything that they were doing. They showed the process, allowed me to look at certain things and gave me before and after pictures so that I could feel comfortable. Even though my house is new, I didn’t realize I had so much dust. By the time they got through, I needed a cough drop because my mouth was so dry from the dust Lol! I even watched all the dust and crap go into the vacuum machine. That was cool. Definitely using them again. Keep that professionalism guys and you will be in business for a LONG time.

I had an appointment scheduled with a different company that called the day before to reschedule and to my benefit, Unique returned a VM I had left with them and I was able to get a new appointment set a week sooner than the other company. I canceled the previous appointment and am so happy I did. CJ and Matt were top notch. Not only was the work done as explained, the thoroughness of the crew, their politeness and professionalism far exceeded expectations while the invoice charged was very close to 50% less than the other company I had scheduled initially.

CJ and Tyler were absolutely amazing! I had just bought my first house in Redford and they went above and beyond to making sure everything was done perfectly! It was my first time having air ducts cleaned. CJ informed me of the process on site and showed me each step. He always made sure to show me the before and after which was really nice and I appreciated it. I 1000% recommend Unique Air Duct Cleaning. They treat you like family but even better!

We have never had our ducts and vents cleaned before (baseboard heat at the last place) so this was our first experience. CJ and his brother were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. CJ explained the whole process as he went along, and I got to see the total grossness that was living in my ducts firsthand. The price was more than reasonable and due to some street repairs they were so accommodating and helpful when we had to move our first appointment. We will recommend them to anyone we can and use them again in the future.

I was unable to complete services due to the construction of my home. They were honest and upfront that they could not properly perform the service I requested. They easily could have took my money and half way completed the work as I would have never known. Most companies would have took my money. It was easy to setup the appointment, excellent rates for services. The two gentlemen were so nice, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. I would definitely recommend their services!

CJ and Matt we're very professional, informative and kind. They did a great job and took great attention to detail. Very clean too. I'll definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them. The before and after photos are very impressive. I even was able to watch them during the process. It's amazing to see what's coming out of the ducts. CJ even pointed out that our humidifier was set for summer (closed) a little mishap on our part that was causing our air to be so dry in the house. Thank goodness for such a thorough technician. It was a very good experience and our 2 German shepherds even liked them. I felt safe with them in our home and grateful for 2 thorough and honest technicians.

Absolutely wonderful company! The two guys that came out were super friendly and professional! They showed everything to my fiancé and even took them time to fix something. I asked for their opinion on cleaning the dryer and they showed us it was brand new (we recently moved in). Love that they didn’t do it just to charge us and were honest! They did an amazing job on the ducts and the sanitation makes the home already smell fresher! Highly recommend!!

Honestly they did a GREAT job! Punctual, speedy and ethical company. I couldn’t be there when they were getting the job done so I had my mother there.
