They were also very respectful of my home and took their shoes off without me having to ask, when walking upstairs, which I very much appreciated! What a great crew and excellent experience! CJ and Tony arrived on time, were respectful and friendly. They explained what services they were going to be doing as I had never ever had my air ducts cleaned (yuck). They showed me the before pictures and I was horrified. They were respectful of my home, wore masks and placed protection on my floors as well. The whole way thru I asked questions and without any hesitation, they answered them all! When complete, they showed me my vents - via mirrors and such and I was amazed at how clean they were! They even sent me the before and after pictures because, who doesn't want to see that and show it off! I will refer my family and friends! Great job guys!! And ... and.. they are a family business so that is a winner to me!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Carl and Tyler, very professional, mannerable, young men. They respected my home, removed their shoes , explained the process in detail and showed us progress and pictures. They felt like family and went above and beyond what was expected. A family business I highly recommend and will definitely use in the future ! My house also smells fantastic from the deodorizer they used !

I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking to get your ducts clean as well as your dryer vent. These guys were very professional and informative from explaining the duct cleaning to cleaning tips to prevent build up from happening in your ducts. I was amazed on what my air ducts looked like after these guys were done it looked as if I had a brand new system just installed. Thank you guys for everything I was extremely happy with the work and quality.

I searched high and low for a company that was upfront with cost and no per vent charge, and finally found Unique Air. I was still skeptical going in though because I heard so many stories of dishonest duct cleaning companies and/or poor job performance. I'm so glad I hired this company!

CJ and Matt showed up, were extremely professional and friendly, and showed me the state of my vents. Which were worse than I thought. Gross to think we were breathing all of that in! Then methodically walked me through the house to be sure they identified all vents and returns so they didn't miss anything. They were quick and thorough. CJ was sure to let me see first hand the difference. I would highly recommend the sanitizer and dryer vent cleaning which is a whole other story!

Awesome company. The two gentlemen that came to clean out the ducts in my home were courteous, on time, and worked hard - all for a reasonable and fair price - no price gauging or adding additional fees once they got here. The price I paid was the price they told me over the phone. They SHOWED me the ducts (all of them including the runs), let me actually SEE the before and after of all the ducts and runs and the furnace, and let me watch all the stuff coming out. They were careful with my home - no banging the equipment down the stairs or leaving a giant mess. And they took photos to prove their work, even though I had seen it in person. Stellar professionalism.

Some background: I moved in to my home about 2 years ago and had had the ducts cleaned at that time by a big name company that knocked holes and left marks on the walls and floors with the equipment and only showed me a before and after of the furnace, even when I asked for the duct photos that they had promised they would do - I couldn't even tell if the ducts had really been cleaned at all and they even forgot to close the access holes they drilled in the ducts. After 2 years of reno projects the ducts needed another clean out. I was hesitant to hire another company after that first experience but Unique Duct was fantastic. Highly recommend. I don't write reviews very often but that's how much I liked this company.

Note: The after picture attached was taken right after the sanitizer was sprayed in, so the sides of the duct look wet - it isn't stuff left in the ducts, it's just the sanitizer drying.

After reading all the reviews, we decided to call Unique to get our ducts cleaned. CJ and Tyler showed up and did a fantastic job, they were very professional and treated our home with respect. They showed us before and after pictures (wow what a difference!) you can tell they care about their work because they were very thorough. I will definitely recommend Unique to my friends.

I’m so grateful I accidentally called them! It was after 6pm and I meant to fill out a “request info” form but hit the number. Luckily Kim was still there and answered! She was so grateful and worked with my schedule. When the guys came out, they showed me before they worked and after. They were super knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend and will use them again. Plus, I love that they’re a local family owned business!

Would not recommend this company or ever use them. Made an appt. 2 weeks ago to clean the ducts. They gave me 12-3 window to come out today and do the work. They never showed up and never called. I even called their office at 1pm to confirm the appointment and was told they would be here. They never showed up. Ruined my whole afternoon. Lousy company. I would never use them. I went to Safety King instead. Glad I did.

Unique Air Duct Cleaning made our ducts look brand new. I was shocked how much dust and debris they removed from the ducts. The crew showed up on time and worked in a clean and professional manner. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned.

A Great Family owned and operated business in Livonia. CJ and his brother were prompt and polite. They thoroughly explained the duct cleaning process and took before and after pictures that were shocking to see the difference when the job was done. They used non chemical/natural based disinfectant to clean the ducts as well which worked awesome as my wife has COPD and is extremely sensitive to chemical smell.
