We had a great experience with PPM from start to finish. Knowledgeable estimator/arborist that came out to look at the job. The office staff was very pleasant and easy to schedule with. The crew that came out was polite, clean and efficient. We will definitely use them again and I’ll gladly refer their services to others.

This is the second time I have used ppm and this whole company is amazing from start to finish. In the office, they are respectful and honest about their service. I had a stump removed and they said if they couldn't make it out to quote, they gave me another reputable person. Well ppm made it out and gave me a fair quote. The guys who came out were questioning if they could do the job because it was up against a fence and there was a chain link fence inside the stump. After thinking it over, they tried everything to make it happen and were successful. These guys are pure professionals and are great at what they do. I will always refer them and give them my business every time. Once again it was amazing service!!!!!!

We had to have a tree removed in front of our house that we had planted over 30 years ago. Needless to say it was a bit emotional to have it taken down. PPM Tree Service understood our attachment and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The office staff were very pleasant, patient and helpful. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful. They did a great job with removal and clean up. It was a pleasure working with this company. We highly recommend them for any tree service job.

I had a limb fall emergency after hours that was still attached to the tree about three stories up. I had a representative at my house in about 30 minutes and a four man crew the next morning. The work crew was incredible! Everyone was friendly and professional and got right to work. They worked efficiently as a team. They got the limb down, the area cleaned up, and the limb sealed off in under an hour. Their skill in doing their job was absolutely impressive. When they were done there wasn’t a single twig or leaf left in the yard or on the street. I can’t believe how quickly and expertly they were able to complete the work. I was so stressed by the limb falling, but they really did make everything better. The office staff also is amazingly friendly and helpful. I completely recommend this business to anyone that needs tree work done. If I need this type of service again in the future, I will only call PPM. Thank you.

I CANNOT express how helpful and kind everyone in this company was!! Edwin's crew did an AMAZING job removing and cleaning up after my HUGE tree in my backyard! I could not be happier with this experience. I HIGHLY recommend using this company. They worked really well with me and my insurance company with getting half of my fallen tree removed from the roof of my house. They made this stressful situation so much easier! After the fallen part of the tree was removed so the insurance adjuster could come and assess the damage, PPM came back out to remove the reat of my tree! You guys are the best! Thank you so much!

Andrew and his crew arrived promptly, and went over and beyond with service. Thorough clean up and did additional trimming of nearby tree. Very insistent on making us happy!

Needed a tree cut down from our power lines, asked a couple times to get it done but never came out. 2nd cheapest bid to do the work so if price is a driving factor and you can wait or keep pressing them to do it maybe they're worth it.

Called to have 2 trees trimmed on May 5th and it is now August 12th and they still have not done the job. They continue to use excuse after excuse to delay the job. Totally unprofessional. The receptionist never knows when jobs are scheduled, instead she has the owner call you but, he never does.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the damage caused to my property during a recent tree removal on my neighbor's land. Your team used a crane truck (15 ton) and two Turo Dingos (1265lbs each) on my property without my knowledge or consent, resulting in cracked pavement and damage to my backyard.

Called in March. They came and gave me an estimate. I said OK, let's schedule a date and time. They said they are booked for the next 4 weeks, and this was going to happen between the 4th and the 6th week after the day of estimate(end of April-first week of May). I was totally fine with that. March-April and May went away, they never called. I called several times for an update, mostly they didn't pick up, and when they did, all they said was "we will call you back with a day and time". My last call was on a Friday in July, they said "We will call you Monday and give you a specific day for the crew to come in do the the job" Of course they never called back.

Hortons tree service is professional neat and very reasonable. I got 2 other estimates and they were able to beat that with exceptional service. I would highly recommend them for any tree work.

I had tree limbs n shrubs cut myself had them come after I cut them, also they called to come early one day if I was ready and I was they were all business professional polite n well mannered and a great company because of those employees, Kurt your hard in making a business reflects highly on you and those you left to continue your work, great job everyone!!! highly recommend

I’m surprised how much better the tree canopy is after Horton’s trimmed the trees. Thanks for removing the two trees and trimming the canopy! It looks great. I’ve used Horton’s before and they are always professional, quick, safe, clean and great at what they do!

I had one dead tree in my backyard, initial commitment from Horton to cut in Aug/Sept '20, date kept slipping but Horton gave be little discount because of delays . Finally the crew came today and boy, oh boy, crew was really prepared and are real pro's in their work...All my complaints (on delays) were out the door and I was really pleased with their work.. they cut down tree, hauled away wood, cleaned up my backyard (and driveway) in roughly one hours and its so clean as if tree never existed or was cut.

Just had them out today to remove a 40 yr old locust tree. The roots we’re starting to lift our driveway cement. Punctual, answered all our questions, clean up was spectacular, very affordable. Would definitely use them again.

My mom had Horton's come out and remove a pine tree in her front yard. She had tried for years to save it, but in the end the tree was definitely dying, and it had to come down. She told me the price was only $300. It was a descent sized tree, and I was shocked. My girlfriend and I had moved into a house with a dying pine in our backyard. I was told by neighbors and friends that it would cost several thousand dollars to have it removed. It was a very large pine, maybe 50 feet tall or so. Horton came out and said it would only be a $1000 for everything including stump grinding. We accepted. They were very good, professional, friendly, and kind when they removed my mom's tree and ours. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Requested a quote for tree and shrub removal. After several weeks of not hearing anything called the company. Was told by the CSR that she would contact the crew and call me right back. Nothing. Waited another few weeks repeated the call and same answer. Still nothing. If a company is not interested in the job be honest and contact customer. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. Free estimate means nothing if no one ever shows up

Horton's did work on my neighbor's property. In the process, they dug ruts in MY yard with their crane. They started to drive their crane through MY tree and they would have cut it to pieces except I told them to stop. They cussed me out. They told me to go back inside. They insulted my wife and cussed her out too. I called Horton's to speak with the owner and I was assured he would call me back. He never did. Such a total lack of professionalism. If you value your property and your neighbors, find another tree service.

This was a hard-working group of men who came to remove a fallen tree in our backyard.John was exceptional along with Mark ,Andrew ,Tylor and Tyler. They showed up early in the window that they gave us their work was done quickly , they cleaned up everything. The price was good 👍. I would definatly recommend Hortons .

I had recent storm damage. A huge maple tree limb fell on an existing Juniper tree in my yard. Andrew and his entire crew (five young men in all) were hard working, polite and professional in every way. They were extremely careful in removing the limb from the tree, taking every effort to protect my privacy fence from being severely damaged with minimal damage to my well-manicured lawn. They also cut down and removed the Juniper tree. I would hire them again. Great crew!!

I really hate to give Horton Tree Service of bad review. But if this is the way that they treat their repeating customers other people need to know about it. This is the third time I want to have them take trees down. They bring a crew out to my house six trucks nine guys they walk in my backyard they look around that may come to my front door and tell me will be back next week never told me why they left. I called them three times in the last two weeks and nobody bother call me back and tell me when they're going to be out to do the job that they wrote an estimate for. This is very very poor customer service you bring a crew out to somebody's house you're ready to cut down your tree and you turn around and leave and say that you'll be back and I never hear a word from you. It was your company that came out wrote the estimate it was your people that came out to take the trees down it was your people that walked out on me without even telling me why and told me you'll be back and you never came back unacceptable inexcusable and unprofessional. Make it right
