We are on the 3rd treatment for the season. Everything is going well, and we are pretty satisfied with the company. I spoke to the employee that came to do the fertilizer treatment, and he gave me some advice about further treatment that we should consider. Warning - This place does not work for small properties. I am moving out of state and have quit my job, waiting to sell my house. It is a small in city, neighborhood house with like 50ft of yard. The shrubs need trimming and some basic weeding needs to be done to make it look more presentable. This company charges a flat rate of $100 for just cutting the lawn, plus an additional $95/hr per employee to come spend 15 minutes trimming the bushes and ripping up weeds. But there is a caveat, due to safety care, they must send out 2 employees minimum and will only come out for a minimum of 2 paid hours for each employee. So... $290 for a tiny house... Edit: Spoke with chester about some miscommunication and he explained the costs. He was rather polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I won't be hiring the for their services. Updated cost to better reflect the explanation and star rating.
