Once again - James and his team proved to us why we call Parshall to meet our needs ... they scheduled us for our first lawn fertilizer application for Monday, they sent us a text over the weekend saying they were coming and to make sure we cleared the yard of any obstacles ... and then they called us when they were 90-minutes away from showing up.

I had Parshall come look at a tree sitting over the power line running to my house. They advised me on all my options. They found a way the tree could be managed so it can safely remain there safely at a fraction of the cost of removing it. So we got to keep our tree! I couldn’t be more thrilled with any service company. I called them on the day after a huge storm and I had roof damage due to limbs on my roof. They came within two hours and did an amazing job cutting broken limbs hanging from the top of a huge Maple. Then they untangled the branches that landed on my roof, cut up the limbs and located the holes in the roof. They totally cleaned off the roof of every branch and leaf and then beautifully cleaned up all around my house and driveway. At least four different neighbors were so impressed with the speed and professionalism that they asked for business cards. I would very confidently recommend them to everyone.

I lost a large limb as well as several smaller ones that landed on my patio deck and privacy fence as well a large one in my back yard from the ice storm we had in February. I spoke with James and he was at my home the next day to give me an estimate for the insurance company. The insurance adjuster approved the one estimate I got from Parshall's. Once the insurance field adjuster came out and gave me the go ahead, I called James to schedule the removals and clean up. Within 3 hours, Doug, the owner called me to let me know he was going to put me on the schedule and said he will call me with the date and time. In 10 minutes, Joe knocked on my door to inform me, he was here to see what will need to be done and said the crew will be here in the morning. The crew of 4 arrived in 3 trucks with their equipment, announced they were here and had the complete work done in 4 hours. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, considerate and personable. I would recommend Parshall's to anyone who needs any tree work done. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

As a manager of an apartment community I am very particular about how things are done. Joe Smith and his crew recently did some work at my community and the service was top notch. The project had its hickups but they were handled with professionalism and resolved quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have tree work done.

Parshall Tree Care was extremely helpful and professional. The next time we have yard work needs, we will call them again. Their pricing was similar to two other estimates. Parshall gave a detailed estimate with some wiggle room for on the spot decisions. Our previous tree removal experiences left us a mess to clean up in our yard. Raking, big divots needing repair and oil spots on the driveway. When Parshall Tree Care left our property, we barely could tell they were there. The removal/pruning team was efficient, knowledgeable and professional using terrific equipment leaving our yard as if no one ever touched our turf. The Arborist and removal team were easy and straightforward, yet friendly and helpful. We certainly will call Parshall Tree Care again.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy tree service, I highly recommend Parshall. Their focus on overall property care and health sets them apart from the rest! From the moment I called for an estimate their team was professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable. They helped with a large hazardous removal and also performed tree pruning to improve the health of several maples on our property.

The certified arborists on staff clearly know their stuff and provided great advice on plant health care. I was impressed by their state-of-art equipment and the way they left the yard spotless after the work was done.

Parshall Tree Care Experts is a Top notch company!!! (located NW Kent County) I had some concerns about our oldest maple on our old farm property, that had a leg that was leaning towards the house. I contacted James R. and our schedules lined up well and he was there in about 2days to review the situation. He did just look at the tree and say "yup it needs to go" James took the time to explain a few quote options, and gave us a good education of how each option would effect the tree depending on the option selected. That night he had a written quote emailed to us and a video walking us thru the online quote approval process - SUPER EASY !!!
Then a few weeks later I got an automated text notification saying that Parshall Tree Care Experts are schedule to arrive in the next 3 day of that same week, then when they knew the exact day we got a 24hour notification text and email. so Parshall's tree removing crew arrive at the house, with all the fun equipment about quarter to 9am, unloaded... and did their safety review before starting, because they were working between the overhead power to the barn (that we shut off too) and the septic tanks that we didn't want tree trunks landing on either. That crew worked so well and efficiently together. they chipped all the brush, and stacked all the logs as we requested. they patched the yard where some of the limbs and such dug into the grass. they raked everything up blew the driveway off, it was awesome!!! I did not have to follow and pick up later that night, I was so impressed with the cleanup process that they did. very happy with the complete service they provided!

The crew from Wise Owl Tree Company are top notch. They brought new equipment with them and were very professional and courteous. They removed my tree quickly and had everything cleaned up in no time. I highly recommend them!
