I had about 35 trees installed on my property, and these guys really did a fantastic job. Despite so many trees, they did minimal damage to the lawn. Not only that, but at the very last moment (I think the day before they were set to plant the trees), I wanted to add 5 hydrangeas, and they accommodated that with no problem.

Because there were so many trees and would require a significant amount of irrigation as well, Dan contacted a lawn irrigation/sprinkler company, and they came the next day and installed bubblers to every single newly planted tree. I was very very impressed.

Dan knows everything there is to know about trees as far as I’m concerned. He was extremely knowledgeable about this. My wife and I had many questions, and he answered all of them. So say the least, I would recommend his company when it comes to planting trees to anybody I know. If I decide to have more trees planted in the future, Rose Landscape Services will be the company I’ll always choose.

Very unresponsive. Would not recommend. I received a proposal, but had a couple follow up questions and could not get them to reply back to me after several emails and phone calls.

We are very pleased with Rose's snow removal services. They communicate so well and always leave our driveway looking clean. They have found a good place to put the snow that doesn't inhibit our view or ruin our gardens. We highly recommend them. 👌

Dan listened to our wants and needs and used his amazing creativity to plan the perfect oasis for our lakefront cottage! The team that worked on our job was AMAZING! They jumped to meet every one of our expectations as well as our tight timeline! They were more than willing to accommodate every little request we had along the way! They were the hardest working young men I have ever seen! They took care of every little detail.. to the point of clearing up all their tools on the site every night, so as not to block our lake view and to keep our "construction" area as neat as possible! The transformation to the end result is truly AMAZING. Everyone who has seen it LOVES it! I would highly recommend this company. We could not have been any happier working with them!!!

Had work done on our lawn last fall so gave it a chance to get better but hasn’t. I had my lawn completely torn out and hydro seeded. My number one desire for this project was for my lawn to be more smooth. I have bad knees and mowing the lawn can be extremely painful on a bumpy surface.
This spring when I started mowing the lawn I knew right away they actually made the lawn more bumpy and worse on my knees. I reached out and they came and took a look and could see it was not smooth. They were gonna come back and top dress the lawn to smooth it out and plant a little more seed in the spots that didn’t take as well. I guess their idea and my idea of top dress are vastly different they used maybe a couple of 5 gallon buckets and hand filled the spots that didn’t come in and seeded those areas. I was under the impression to top dress would be covering the whole lawn and using wide rakes to fill in the low spots to minimize the unevenness.
The lawn looks horrible and is extremely uneven. I paid the same per sq ft as a friend that went through a different service and I feel like I would’ve been better off burning the money.

We hired them for snow plow service for the first time this year and out of the five or six times that they have needed to plow our driveway they’ve needed to come back out twice already to redo their crappy work. And we’re about to call them to ask them to come back out for a third time.

They plow in the middle of the day, which means that we never have a clear driveway in the morning when we have to take the kids to school. And the guy who’s assigned our driveway will do two passes when it needs six or seven (2.5 cars wide with a big Y; half the Y is 2 garage stalls wide and the other is 3 wide) and he will sit in his car for four or five minutes at a time multiple times. It’s like he is sitting there trying to waste time so he doesn’t have to do his work. He blocked our view of getting on the road, so someone else had to relocate all the snow he piled ON OUR DRIVEWAY ignoring the flags you installed.

This time he only did 1/2 of the driveway. The last time someone came out to redo his work it took 10 minutes. I’m handicapped and now I feel unsafe walking with my assistive device on my own driveway.

Our driveway is shared, so he’s not just impacting us, but he’s also impacting our neighbor.

Don’t hire this company for plowing if you want your driveway to be functional & safe in the winter.

If you’re the owner and reading this, we shouldn’t have to keep calling you about this. Please get your employees to do the work because we’re really sick of contacting you to redo the work. This is not something that we should have to deal with since we are paying you to clear our driveway.

Not an actual customer but neighbor of one of their customers. Their plow operators love to leave snow in the middle of already cleared city streets. Every time my neighbor's driveway gets plowed, they leave a massive pile of snow in the road to get thrown by the city plow in someone else's driveway. 1st time this year, it was a pile that was the perfect imprint of the back blade used to clear the driveway. I have reached out to Rose Landscape during listed business hours and have had no luck reaching anyone.

My assistant didn’t pay this in turn for first snowfall. It’s paid now for the year so be a doll and come out cuz it’s paid and I gave you 5 stars.

I've been very pleased with the services provided for snow removal.
Their prices are competitive, and there is great communication by the owner re snowfalls, ice, weather forecasts, and the game plan on how they will handle it.
Weather in MI is unpredictable, as we all know, but I've experienced nothing but a best effort put forth by them. I switched to another company one year out of the last 5+ years and had a horrible experience with the other west side GR company. I'm very glad I switched back to Rose 2 years ago.
The crew does a very good job on the removal, considering the times I've left my vehicle right in the way of the 3 stall wide driveway. They plow around the vehicle to the best of their ability. Today (Tues/21st) I was gone, and when I returned, the driveway was exceptionally cleared off.

Rose Landscape Services did incredible work on my side yard to clean up, remove overgrowth and invasive brush, smooth out random dirt piles, and set an expertly sculpted grade for seeding. Dan and team have an outstanding attention to detail and went above and beyond what was expected in many different areas. I am looking forward to our next project with Rose Landscape!

While working with and around a few other contractors on the property, the Rose Team members were courteous, hard working, perfectionists ensuring the end result was exactly what we wanted... if it wasn't they redid it! Little details of what you see and don't see were not overlooked and the work was not finished until everything was clean... to the last piece of dirt on the driveway. An industrial park I manage has Summit on contract for snow removal through the end of March. They haven’t showed up today, and I can’t get ahold of anyone. My tenants have repeatedly complained about them not showing up to plow. Maybe this will get them to at least contact me.

Clayton and Treyvan came over to complete and clean up a job. Very helpful and gave me tips to manage our landscaping.

Chris Oxford and his crew were very pleasant to have around. They did a great job and we’re very pleased!

We have been very pleased with the Landscape Management and especially the manager on site Chris Graves. Chris is always available for questions or concerns and "takes care" of things.

We are in a condo and have been very happy with Summit, especially Chris Graves. He cares and pays attention to detail.
