The knowledge and skills were amazing. The Sears technicians are the best I've ever had to deal with. The price of parts needed are crazy high but that's just the way things are now. If I were to buy brand new, it would have cost me double.
Hopefully I won't need anything fixed in the future but if I do, I will call Sears.
    Thank you.

Seth and the techs that came out were awesome, however, their business model and automated system absolutely sucks. It took over 3mo for my washer to actually be fixed, you can never actively speak to anyone, and if you call to complain to them, be prepared to be hung up on because they absolutely do not give a crap. We had a part stolen in the mail it was lost states away from me, and yet it took 3 weeks before a tech finally came out, and got the part reordered, then my appt was scheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled again, and today they showed up to install a full 3wks later....as a company they absolutely are awful to work with.

Again. The techs are great. But the overall workings of the company suck. They place too many appts on the techs in a day that they can't get to, and from what the techs said they can't see their next appt til they finish the current one so they don't have a way to actually contact you earlier in the day to tell you, so you literally waste your whole day waiting, just for your appt to be automatically rescheduled by an automated system.

Your service is Terrible the tech did nothing that I didn't already do had no parts on his van and no knowledge of the voltage to interface board you wasted my time and my money on this service call what a joke

Very good technician he was very good at finding out what was wrong. Unfortunately three of the parts are unavailable!

The technician was AMAZING! Please note that right away. Fast, friendly, and efficient. The repair process was terrible…we waited over 3 weeks through a heat wave for parts. Also, they have zero customer service reps. Only AI when you call.

He was very polite, helpful, and educational, on my refrigerator. To the time to check over everything.

The repair man seemed very nice. However, at the end of the day there was no actual diagnosis of what is causing my refrigerators issue. His suggestion was to get a compressor since it’s covered under warranty, but the labor was 600+. Then it was it could be the mother board and finally at the end he said he was second guessing himself and it was probably the pump. Or it was just the fact it was frozen over. At the end of the day I didn’t feel comfortable spending money on a guess. Hopefully it was just frozen over and it will work overnight.

Worst experience ever. Had a service call due to a microwave failure. Tech told us the microwave these days are junk, but wrote the work ticket up as normal wear and tear and the claim is denied. Now we are just getting passed around with no resolution. I gave them an opportunity to make it right. Bad business. Stay clear of sears service!!

Absolutely the worst company that anyone could deal with. I had a contract through Lowe’s, which they obviously subcontract through this company. I made the appointment a week and a half ago and daily. I would get emails and texts reminding me of my appointment which was to be Today. They do not even give you a two hour window, it’s a blanket nine hour window. I called into work to take the day off to be here for them. I just received an email saying beyond their circumstances the appointment was to be canceled. I have tried so many numbers to find out exactly what was going on, but there is no way to get in touch with anybody. Now I have to take another day off just to have this taken care of, Yet in all of the emails that they send me, there is a statement saying that if I am not here to let them in that there will be a charge. Who is going to pay me for the charge of them not showing up?Absolutely the worst company that anyone could want to deal with.

Hi, aside from setting up the initial appointment with AI (seamless/easy) and a few calls with non- English speaking assistants ( they didn’t understand the questions) one hung up on us.
Ed P. Our service technician was a breath of fresh air and super experienced and pleasant, can’t say enough good things about his expertise, and tidied up after he was done!

Joe was excellent. But he could not address the problem of the service fee from Fridays appt. I was not told that I could not get recompense for the service fee from one day to the next. Who do I address this matter to? Essentially I paid the service fee and still got the repair within a days time. Again my technician was awesome. This issue is with the company.

I paid $130 for this technician to tell me the dryer was trash. That it would be either the motor which would cost $890 or the motherboard which couldn't be ordered. Thank goodness we got a second opinion. It was neither. It was temperature sensor and got it replaced, the dryer is now up and running despite the sears appliance repair tech telling us to throw it away. Would not recommend this service. I would recommend using any other service instead of getting a second opinion if they say it cannot be fixed.

The tech James was efficient and fast. He knew the problem and came in and fixed it fast. However, I did not care that the week before I had scheduled a service repair and I did not receive a call from anyone and did not receive a text until approximately 4pm that afternoon stating that I would have to reschedule. I also do not like sitting around all day for repair services. You could narrow the wait time a lot!!!! This was a warrenty service, but I would never use your services myself for that reason. My time is valuable also!!!!!

Tech was fine. Fortunately I saw a rescheduled date for two weeks out and was able to change it. Parts were here. Took the tech 10 minutes to install. Glad I didn't wait two weeks for a return repair.

Technician was very knowledgeable and solved my problem. Explained thing I didn’t know about my appliance.

They did a great and fast repair on my stove. They texted me and let me know they were 15 mins away!!

Knew within a few minutes what the issue was with the dryer. Ordered what was needed and upon return to complete service was just as quick and friendly as the initial time.

Finally after 1 and a half months, someone
Finally did what was right. I wish the warranty plan would work quicker. Two months without a refrigerator is too long

Seth the service man was exceptional. He arrived when expected, noted my previous problems trying to get the job done and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He gave me a better degree of confidence to continue with the service contract.

My service technician was great! He had everything up and running in no time!

The technician's service was efficient as well as being a generally nice person who conversing while doing the repair. If only the Sears AI customer service and even call center were half as good. The technician was great after I told customer service repeatedly that I had received the part, and was repeatedly rescheduled. If only Sears would improved their customer service it could be a good repair service. In closing 5 stars for the technician, but 1 star for Sears customer service.
