Jeff was amazing! Our carpet hasn’t been cleaned professionally ever and this was such a great experience our carpets all look amazingly clean! We have 2 big dogs and 2 children so they were dirty but his service was A++!! Thank you Jeff!!

I give them 5 stars, my carpet looked new after it was cleaned. And my carpet had been attacked by my 3 yr old great grandson stains.

I used Jeff five years ago and again this week to clean my carpet---very light beige color that gets a lot of traffic wear. Every time he does a great job and it looks brand need and smells great. Regardless, I'd recommend him to anyone. He does the best work. Is the most responsive. And he has the best price.

This was my first time using Riggs cleaning. They did an amazing job on my chair and ottoman that was stored in a pig barn for almost a year. It was in rough shape to say the least but now is completely restored thanks to the Riggs team. They showed up to my house on time, explained the process and were very personable. I would highly recommend them.

We had a dog attack in our home this morning. We started to clean up the aftermath, and quickly realized this needed to be done professionally. I googled carpet cleaning in Monroe and Riggs was one of the 1st ones to pop up. I called and Mr Jeff was on the other end. I told him what was happening and this amazing man rearranged his day of appointments to help us. Him and his worker showed up within an 1hr of my call and really did an amazing job cleaning up our carpets. Very pleasant man and extremely affordable. I will be calling Jeff for all my future needs and I highly recommend his company to everyone that needs their carpets cleaned. Jeff, I cannot express how thankful we are for you. You truly helped turn a tragic incident around for us, with all your help and kindness. It was touch and go for a bit for the dog who got injured. The vet said he would be in the hospital for at least three days. I'm happy to report that his wounds are not that bad, he seems to be recovering from the shock and is possibly being released tomorrow. Thank you, you helped save this day!.

I called Jeff based on the amazing reviews I read. I think pictures speak louder than just my words can about the job they did. I have an old, sick, male dog. He was always great about being house broken but in the last year, he's gotten bad about going in the house. He gets crated while I'm at work and the area around his crate was awful. He had stained the rug by the legs of the coffee table and ottoman. The top of the ottoman was gross from him laying on it and rubbing his face on it after eating his wet dog food. My la-z-boy was old when it was given to me and he made it worse by it being his favorite place to wipe his face on. I thought the chair was pretty much a lost cause between him and the hair oils embedded in it.

I came back in the house after they'd left and was just thrilled with how things looked. My mouth dropped open when I saw the chair!!! (See pictures of chair, ottoman, where his cage was and the rug)

I had this written and posted as a 5 star review at first but now a couple hours later, I'm editing it. I decided I was going to rearrange the living room. I went to move my computer desk and realized, it didn't get moved and cleaned under or even smack next to it. (See picture)That wasn't a big deal but then I went to move the rug and it's clear the rug was cleaned on top of the carpet but not moved and the carpet cleaned under it. (See picture) I watched the video feed of my living room and while the camera doesn't look right at that area, what part of it is showing, doesn't look like the rug was moved. There's a very clear mark around the edge of the rug and under the rug it's streaked where it looks like moisture came thru the rug but it doesn't have the smooth appearance of where the brush was ran over it like the rest of the carpet looks. The carpet under the rug looks completely different. The biggest tell is that there were some things under the rug that could have been vacuumed up (I forgot to vacuum under it before they came). If the rug had been moved to be cleaned, that wouldn't still be there. It's not a matter of traffic because we don't wear shoes in the house and there's very little traffic in the living room to begin with and most certainly not just walking around the edge of the rug. The urine stains from the dog were at the legs of the coffee table and the ottoman only. Those stains they got out wonderfully(see picture). It's only been a year since the carpet was last cleaned. There is also a very large chip out of my coffee table(see picture) which was not there the day before when I had cleaned the legs of the table while I was putting the carpet gliders under them.

Jeff was friendly, prompt for his appointment and quick with the cleaning. I'll gladly compliment that. I was pleased with what I spent until I really started looking at and moving things. I was so thrilled with the whole experience at first but now I'm simply frustrated because I'm going to have to spend more money and time to rent a cleaner and get the area under the rug and around it's edges before I'm able to put the rug and furniture in a different place. I'm hoping the art paint I have here closely matches my table so it's not immediately noticeable where it's messed up. All of that being said, I dropped this down to a 3 star rating.
