Victor Long was the service tech and he was excellent at the job I needed done. He was courteous, explained what he’d found and how to fix it. My drains are back in working order now. I’m quite happy with the service and the results. Thank you Victor.👍

Worst company I've ever dealt with.. no communication, left my mother sitting at home waiting on them to show up for a week and they never did. Made appointments to be here and never called or show up. When they did show up they did not fix the problem, just more excuses and more money they wanted.. they tried to take advantage of and elderly women. We spoke with multiple people, Jerry (the tech), steven(office), Harry(office), Thomas couldn't figure out the correct email to send the invoice even after being told multiple times, and then some guy named Timmy called to confirm the email again and still have it wrong...

Ayden was very friendly and let us know what he was finding and what he was doing every step of the way. We had to wait on parts, but he was back early the next day. Was very conscience of keeping stuff clean, and cleaning up. Good communications. Let me know ETA and even called right before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Would recommend!

If you going to ask for a review don’t disregard my complaints as I leave a review. I never said they smoked MJ at my home I said they came to my home smelling like MJ. You can give me whatever lame excuse you want for the reasoning why they smelled that way, the fact of the matter is they smelled like MJ inside my home. My house then smelled like MJ and I have a 8 month old in the home.

As I stated before I never accused them of smoking MJ at or inside my home , I said they smelled like MJ.

What records do you have to prove they went over multiple options? Just because it’s on an invoice doesn’t mean that what was covered. I spoke with him over the phone and that was the ONLY option they gave my wife and I. Clearly authorization was giving before any work was done. I was the one who gave them authorization to perform the work on the home.

How do you think I know they reeked of MJ ? Because my wife complained to me about it. Had I would’ve been home I would’ve brought it to their attention..

I don’t know who you think you’re talking to but the next time you send me an email you better come correct! If you wanna have a conversation over the phone or in person I would love to do so. It’s easy to talk tough over an email.

I have an older home that needed sewer line replacement. The technician from EPH was Jerry Johnson. Jerry was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect during the sewer replacement process. It was very evident that Jerry takes alot of pride in his work as if he was doing the work on his own home. A few obstacles presented themselves during the replacement and Jerry was super focused on the steps for a successful outcome. EPH is fortunate to have Jerry representing their brand and reputation. The next time I have plumbing issues I will request Jerry to perform the work. A huge shoutout to Jerry.

I would also mention that Malcomb provided administrative support and kept me up to date or answered any of my appointments and billing questions. In closing all the staff did a great job.

Jerry was such a wonderful technician! He was very polite and took the time to explain a few issues that our current plumbing had that lead to the problem instead of just clearing our kitchen sink clog and leaving which means the world to me as the owner of a serious fixer upper home. The confidence that gives me to come back and use EPH in the future is huge. It's so nice to work with a company that is really out there to help people instead of just turning a profit, especially the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you again Jerry, you are a credit to your company 🙂

Jerry Johnson did an amazing job and fixed are frozen pipes lest then an hour and a half. Thank you so much for getting done so quickly and the friendly service. Will definitely call again if anymore issues.

Jerry did what he could. He let us know our options and was very thorough. However, 3 times and 3 missed appointments we still dont have the toilet set. Understand busy, but was hoping they would finish what they start. Spoke with a company representative that was very professional and made the situation right.

Our appointment was lovely. Our plumber Kory B. was quick and personable. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave us some future advice regarding the roots impacting our system which was highly appreciated. I felt like he respected our space and truly did his best. He brought a great energy with him. If we were to have another problem we would ask for him specifically. 10/10

Very impressed with this company! Helped my mother in law on a Sunday with her sump pump, came out quick, and were so nice and polite, explaining everything they were doing. So thankful for their help!

Installed water softening system. I have lived here for 3 years, and this is the first contractor that has been on time and straight up honest with everything up front. Did outstanding work. Very Professional and would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely impressed with Dynamic Plumbing! My basement began flooding with heavy rains then my toilet stopped flushing. They answered right away everytime I called. I was able to schedule same day even when everyone was having flooding after the ice storm. He didn't try to up sell anything to me and even recommended against what was really just a bandaid solution but could've been a very expensive bandaid if I had done it. Made sure to thoroughly clear the entire access drain inside and outside ( it was pretty clogged ), along with the clogged up toilet. He caught the toilet in the basement was causing flooding in the floor drain which could've been completely overlooked since the upstairs toilet seemed to have been the main culprit initially. They were very understanding and polite the entire time. Compared to the company who I used in the past ( which was a good company just always left a huge mess), you wouldn't of even known they were there no mess at all! Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional.

I had serious flooding problems at my house, and Nate from Dynamic Pipe Solutions investigated. Nate is very professional, and spent a lot of time trying to determine the cause. I would recommend Nate and Dynamic Pipe Solutions to anyone needing plumbing or drain services.

The service was top notch. Within an hour Nate and Natalie were at my house. They were able to Fix 3 issues very quickly. I could not be any happier! I would recommend them to everyone.

AWESOME! Simply awesome experience with these guys. Ive had bad experiences in the past with the larger companies so i tried to look for a family ran company when i researched plumers online. Im so glad i did and that i hit a home run with my choice.
I called this morning to have them come out and to my surprise they where there by 230pm. I had issues with a toilet backing up in my elderly moms room (which might of helped with the immediate appointment but who knows..) so it was really important it get fixed right away. Well it turned out i had a lot bigger issues than i first thought. Our technician showed us pictures of the issues they were finding as they went along, which was totally appreciated since everything was under our mobile home.... yeah i wasn't gonna join him if at all possible. LOL
After the problems where all identified they then stayed until well after 8pm to finish the work! I know shocking right!
They were completely professional, courteous, on time, and they went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right in a single day! I highly recommend these guys and will be using them exclusively in the future...

Oh i almost forgot it was a total surprise when it came time to pay for it all. It was a lot less than i thought it was going to be. (I would of payed more but dont tell them..lol.. have you been under a mobile home? much less worked for hours under there?) and then they left the bathroom cleaner than what it was before they got there! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We fully expected to pay 350 dollars to replace a bad disposal! He tinkered with it and he fixed our existing disposal and said he saw no reason to replace the disposal as it was still good! I we suspect other plumbers would have wanted to make every penny they could off of us he was happy to help at a fraction of what we were expecting we will definitely call again!

I have used dynamic pipe solutions twice. The first time was for a clog in my pipes somewhere. They came out same day to help me. Each time I've called, they've been so very friendly. From the phone call to the service provided I've been amazed. They have great prices and service. They will be my plumbing go to for everything.

I google searched for a drain cleaning company and found Dynamic Pipe Solutions! I called on Monday late afternoon and they said they would be here Tuesday between 3 & 5pm. I received a phone call @2:30 asking if it was ok to come now. In no time at all the drain was cleaned out and water draining perfectly. I know I will be calling them again for any of my plumbing repairs! Thanks again DPS.

I called Dynamic Pipe Solutions for a leak detection and they were able to make it out the same day! They located and repaired the leak, installed piping and a new kitchen faucet. Nathan and Jake were very friendly. I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs!
