We have the monthly plan for service on furnace and air which is a great plan. The J&K team from the service crew to the office crew are great! They all communicate well with us and always do a great job. We are blessed to have them. A great company!!

Had an emergency and was able to talk to Kevin 🙏 who helped tremendously. He was on his way to another job and spent time on the phone with me to help troubleshoot why our heating was not working.. was able to fix our problem thanks to his guidance! Dude deserves a raise for simply being a kind human being who went out of his way to help us. Will be using J&K for any heating and cooling needs in the future.

Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. Someone came out same day on a Sunday to evaluate. Derek & Jordan installed a new furnace, humidifier & air conditioner 2 days later. Great service & professional. Highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about the business and their employees. Great pricing overall and Chris and Justin were easy to work with and schedule the install. Phil, Quinn, Jordan, and Kevin were all great at what they do. All were respectful, informative, worked thoroughly and had a great install when they were done.

I called J&K at 11:59 PM the night before Thanksgiving with our furnace not turning on and a party planned for the holiday. I had exhausted my very limited diagnostic skills and couldn't continue without professional help. THANKfully Kevin was on call! He was finishing up another job but was able to make it over in about an hour from the time I called.

My American Standard was giving the code for pressure switch. Kevin did all the necessary tests and found that there was debris blocking the air intake. The furnace ran perfectly after he was done and no parts needed! Very thankful for Kevin doing this great job on Thanksgiving and saving our family party!

Isaiah was fantastic. Our heater broke after hours on a Saturday in the middle of the winter. Isaiah came out immediately, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. J&K prices were also better than others we looked at. Great overall experience. Thank you!

Received the best quote from J & K on a Friday, and the following Tuesday they were here early, worked all day and did a great job. Cindy took my call and coordinated services with the kindness of a saint. Chris coordinated the team and billing and was a rock when I was in tears. Justin somehow got my boiler to give a little heat until the replacement could happen. Kevin, Andres, and Earmel worked their tails off to replace a complicated boiler system. This is the best place to work with when the unexpected happens. Their hard work and kindness is appreciated more than they know. They were amazing and if I could give them ten stars I would.

Great service!
My power went out last Friday during a wind storm. When my power came back on my furnace did not. When I woke up the next day it was freezing in my house. Thats when I went on a search and was looking for a place that did 24 hour emergency service and found J&K. I called J&K and left a message and I received a call back within 30mins, they sent someone out to look and assess the problem. I found out when my power came back on the power surge fried the main board and transformer of my furnace. After learning what happened and finding out the age of my furnace, I decided to replace my it, I worked with Chris about financing and got scheduled for Tuesday to have my new furnace installed. The crew that came out was Conner and Roman they both were great, fast and efficient installing my new furnace and I'm truly grateful for the care they took while installing. After they finished, their boss Justin showed up to check and make sure everything was correct. Both Conner and Roman were also wonderful at cleaning up any shavings or parts that fell on the ground while taking apart the old furnace and placing the new one.

I stand by my rating it was really great service from the whole team. Thank you J&K for all the help and service you provided.

These guys did an excellent job , fast and professional, had everything in the very next day. Got the entire furnace replaced, back up to a toasty 69°. Chris the salesman came out on Tuesday morning went over all of my options and walked me through the process, gave me the options and did not push anything on me, just went over the prices, and the different sizes of furnaces and allowed me to get the furnace I wanted. It came in later on Tuesday evening, and Jordan and Derek Ridner came out and installed the furnace in about 8 hours, they were very respectful and even explained everything the were going to do and did exactly as they said they would. The took the old furnace away and cleaned up every bit of their mess and even a little bit of mine. Thank you guys for making or problem solved in a hurry.
