Best Experience! Wonderful customer service from Anna and Fast, Informative & Excellent work from Bill! Bill made it to my house in less than 2 hours after my call for help at 8 a.m....I was freezing and unsure of why my furnace stopped working, Bill went above and beyond to get my problem fixed & fixed fast, plus he gave me pointers on maintaining that problem/solution. Wonderful Job and very good price!! Myself and my dog are very happy and warm again and it did not break my bank, at all! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Tyssm

Authorized service (new a/c unit, lines, and a coil) later Thursday evening and they were ready to rock and roll first thing 8am Monday morning! Very nice people to talk to over the phone, honest people as well. Was told by two other companies that I will need to replace my a/c unit AND my entire furnace due to my air conditioning not working and being out dated, father-in-law recommended these guys to us and they were out the following day and gave us a detailed run down of what went wrong and here’s how to fix while saving big $$$ compared to the other estimates. Will have my business from now on

The team at American changed my hot water heater and also discussed different options about heating an outbuilding. I realized while talking with them that my original idea probably wasn't the best value for the money and they helped me look at solutions that made better sense in the long run. This local and family owned business truly cares about their customers best interest.

He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which we really appreciated. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Brad came out and serviced my air conditioner. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I have a 28 year old janitrol and he checked all the components. Everything works fine. If I need any heating and cooling services in the future, I will definitely be calling American. I highly recommend this company.

Every experience with this company, is always great. I just had two in my office a few days ago, they were awesome. Even when the job was done another employee stopped in later on, just to make sure it was cooling down.

They text me to let me know that the gentleman was on his way, I really appreciated the notice he came in he was really efficient knew exactly what was wrong with my hot water tank, took care of it it started work being perfectly I am very happy I heard about them from a friend. I would recommend American heating to any of my friends or family!!!

My elderly Aunt’s AC went out on the hottest day of the year. I called American Heating, Cooling, & Refrigeration after hours and they were out to work on it within a super reasonable timeframe. She was up and running in a couple hours. The tech was very kind, helpful, and hardworking. We are truly grateful for the wonderful service.
