Tom was awesome as always. Super knowledgeable and efficient. He quoted us for repairs on our boiler when we were purchasing our home and we had him back out today to fix it. His quote and repair parts needed were spot on from what he quoted a few months ago. From the phone call to schedule to the finish of the repairs everything was perfect.

There an amazing company every single person I delt with was beyond helpful an respectful. Not to mention very noligable about the work they were biding. The women in the office went above an beyond to help me every step of the way through the process after we were given the bid. An the guys doing the job were very respectful and hard working men. They did an amazing job In less time then they thought it would take. An it's not to often the owner is actually still out in the field being hands on. I was beyond impressed with him an his company . Not only would I use them again for all my heating an cooling needs but I would also recommend that everyone else dose as well.

This experience with your company couldn’t have been any better. Starting with Bill when he diagnosed our furnace problem. He explained exactly what our furnace was doing.Then gave us our options on which way would best serve us. Next were the techs ( Cory H. and his teammate). They were done in about 3 hours. Both were friendly and took extra care protect our floors. You have great employees. Lastly, the turnaround time. We called on Friday. Then the new furnace was installed Tuesday morning. We expected a week’s wait at least. Saying thank you is not enough. You have just gained another customer. We will call you with any heating or cooling issues. Thank you so much !

Overall a quick and easy experience with great communication!
We needed to have the motor in our furnace replaced. I sent in a request for service message on their site and received a call back, and had someone out the same day. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and provided an estimate. Within 2 days they were back to install. I also received texts of the tech being on their way, and they were on time to the timeframe provided over the phone. Brad M installed the motor, he was friendly, relatable, and appeared to love his job!

My experience with American Heating and Cooling was great. My furnace went out in the morning on a very cold day and When I called they had an appointment ready quickly. The communication to let me know when they were in route was good. Brad the technician was knowledgeable and fixed the furnace. The price was reasonable, I would definitely call them again.

They have installed a mini split unit, replaced our humidifier on our furnace and replaced our outdated 25 year old garage furnace. All of the projects have been done on time and they clean the work area. No debris is left behind. The job is completed with 110% satisfaction. . All of the employees are very competent and polite.

John does a great job every time I have to get service. He has been serving my mom for 20 years plus. We appreciate you. I now have heat. :)

Derek 👨‍🔧 and Zach 🧑‍🔧 were punctual, polite and an overall great team. The install of my new furnace and air conditioner went smoother than a shaved baby 👶. Honestly, they couldn't have done better. Everything works great, they were fast⚡️and efficient, cleaned up when finished, and even played with my dogs 🐕. (And my dogs don't like anyone.) I highly recommend J&K heating 🔥 and cooling ❄️ if you need any hvac work done. The price 💰 was awesome as well, and their supervisor 🧑‍💼 checked everything when complete and explained everything thoroughly. Great 👍 job fellas!
