Many thanks to Don and his crew for the fine job they did in finally pinpointing the problem with our AC, after having multiple "professionals" come out over the years who did nothing to help us. Citywide not only immediately found the problem, (beginning with Alan) but installed a new AC with precision and skill. Don explained everything that they did, which was greatly appreciated. They were friendly, very polite and helpful, and we now have a system that works beautifully and cools our house. Do yourself a favor and skip the others. Call Citywide and you won't regret it!

I am a Project Manager for a large corporation and have been in construction for 18 years. When it came time to do my entire HVAC system I put together a plan to compare product with price along with customer service. Citywide along with 6 other contractors came to my house to give me a bid. Out of all those contractors Citywide was the only one that listened to what I wanted and came back to me the next day with pricing and product ready to go to work. Of course I gave a week for the other contractors to come up with a bid. No one could match the product to the pricing or answer my questions. Citywide was the most expensive but I chose them because it was top of the line products and he was engaged. When they came to do the work everything was very professional with new trucks and a mobile fab station for duct work. They had everything here prepared to do the job. They finished the job on time UNDER BUDGET and with no mistakes. With the rebates and coming in UNDER the quoted price I ended up paying as much for the top of the line equipment as I would have paid for lower end products from the other contractors. Citywide installed a 19 seer air conditioner, 98 efficient variable speed furnace, humidifier, ultraviolet lights, air purifier, top of the line thermostat, and 18 separate zones to cool or heat 4 separate parts of my house. Excellent job!

City Wide is the absolute best!! I use them for my personal home as well as my rentals. When you call in it is like walking into the "Cheers" bar. They know your name and listen to your problems. When the service techs arrive at your house they are friendly and professional. They get straight to the problem and fix it. They do not speak down to or mansplain things to me because I am a woman. I have also never felt like they have tried to exaggerate a problem or oversell me on any services or systems. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. On my rentals I can trust to give them a lock box code and do the work while I am not there.

I cannot say enough good things about City Wide. The turnaround time to install a new furnace was less than 24 hours. The technicians did a fantastic job! The install was smooth and came out better than I expected. I highly recommend City Wide Heating & Cooling!

I would recommend this company if you are needing a new ac unit or furnace. They did an excellent job installing my new ac unit. They also repaired my old furnace & replaced the blower motor so that I wouldn't need to replace the entire system. Alan came out the same day when our ac unit was broken and fixed it when it was 100° outside. They were very professional skilled technicians I will refer everyone to go here.

Anna took my call and listened to what our problem was. She sent out Craig to look at our leaking water heater and he explained the process of getting a new water heater. After talking it over, we decided we liked the people at American best and their quoted price was unbeatable. We got on the schedule for a replacement and they answered all the remaining questions we had. Austin and Braeden were on time and worked as efficiently possible to take out our old, leaking water heater and put in our brand new one. They cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. So glad our friends recommended American and we decided to go with them!

First time using this company and am very pleased. Initial call for appointment was told it would probably be after hours, but thankfully they came earlier. Bill was awesome and explained literally everything to me and was not pushy at all. So thankful we have a working AC again!

As always, American was here not only on time but a little early. This company is amazing and I always refer them to friends and family. 3 straight days of almost 100° temperatures, losing my A/C wasn't going to work! Less than 1 hour and it's working cooling my house down. Thank you for still being the "good guys"...it matters...

My technicians name was Dawson… he arrived on time and went right to work.. he found the problem quickly! He is a very valuable asset to American Heating and Cooling! He explained why my problem existed and yes a mouse chewed a wires! Dawson was very informative and answered all my questions! He is truly a quality young man and, I appreciate that American Heating employs this caliber of staff!! The HVAC maintenance was completed in a timely manner. A programable thermostat was also installed and the operation of the controller was explained. The price for the two services was reasonable. Brad, the technician was very friendly and very patient.

Is it cold in here or is it just me? American Heating and Cooling came the same day when my ac unit wasn't blowing out cold air anymore. Turns out it needed refrigerant which Will diagnosed and fixed. I highly recommend American Heating and Cooling. They made my house a fridge again during those extremely hot July days when my ac unit was on the fritz.

Extremely satisfied with our recent duct cleaning and repair. Dawson and Tyler did a thorough job cleaning our HVAC duct system showing before and after pictures along the way.
