It is 4 AM and we have no heat, the owner just told me "you know what, go f*** yourself" and now he won't answer my phone calls. They are not supporting the Amana HVAC system that they installed and we also pay them a maintenance package on. I am insulted and unnerved by the treatment I have received from this company and specifically it's owner.

Yes. We canceled the agreement once due to you flooding our basement and not fixing the ongoing problem. You said only you could work on this furnace for the warranty to stay good so we went back with you this fall because we thought we had no option.
Stop lying! You installed that Amana furnace yourselves in 2014, it has a 5 year warranty regardless and you would know that. Changing owners doesn't void an Amana warranty.

They set an appointment a week in advance, had to re schedule which I understand and then a few hours before their scheduled appt they called and said they could not install equipment they did not sell. When I told the owner I was told they could a week earlier he said well you couldn’t afford us anyways. I heard this was a small family business, those are the kind I like to do business with but not this one.

Very happy with Citywide. Came out same day to fix my AC unit during this heat. Sieb, the original installer, couldn't make it out for four more days. Would recommend.

The guys were more then helpful. Talked to them over the phone and explained what was going on they gave me a quote but after they arrived they helped me understand what was wrong and why my furnace had failed. Dirty filter was all it was. They changed the filter cleaned up my furnace and only charged me a service call. The way I see it they saved me $3000.00 because 2 other companys told me I had to replace. Thank you guys!

Call these guys FIRST! I needed the chimney cap replaced for my furnace vent pipe. After calling nearly 12 companies, City Wide ended up doing the job for half the price and the same day. Completely professional.

City Wide has been the only company I will ever use. They came to my house 8 years ago on a Friday night before the Memorial Day weekend. They were kind, helpful and I felt like I mattered to them. I would never use anyone else.

Alan [ from City Wide ] was very through and persistent in getting to the solution correctly diagnosing the problem and fixing it !!!

Alan ended up saving us over $ 6,000 that another previous local Carrier Heating & Cooling Firm wanted for their diagnosis RECOMMENDING a NEW Carrier Furnace to replace our existing Carrier Furnace .

Our existing Furnace IN WHICH THEY had RECENTLY REPLACED its TWO Heat Exchanges which were under Warranty and a NEW Carrier Control Circuit Board for the EXISTING FURNACE that we paid $ 1,180 for [ The NEED for which was diagnosed by THIS PREVIOUS Carrier Dealer ] WHICH DID NOT FIX the EXISTING FURNACE PROBLEM and was an unnecessary EXPENSE and 🤔 " I " SUSPECT WAS NOT EVEN DEFECTIVE AT ALL 🤔 ???

CityWide Heating and Cooling did an exemplary job for us and we would not Hesitate RECOMMENDING THEM to any prospective customers 😀 !!!

On one the coldest days of the year Alan H came out and got everything running again. It was very short notice. Alan was very friendly and professional taking the time to educate us on our furnace and future service options. We will definitely continue to work with Alan for subsequent service needs.

Quoted me a rate over the phone after telling them my situation, then once on-site they said it would be a higher rate - despite me telling them everything about my situation.

Don promised he would write a letter for me about what was needed for the repair so I could hold the previous installer that did it wrong accountable, and yet again changed he changed his tune and said they don't want to get involved.

Bottom line is this company will say anything to get into your pocketbook. I wouldn't bet they will "honor" their "warranty" either based on their going back on their word. Hire someone else who will Honor their word.

I called Citywide to have to look at my water heater. I made an appointment with them for 8am and I was clear I had to leave at 8:45 with the lady at the office. She reassured me that someone would arrive at 8am. The service tech did not show up until 8:30am. Upon arrival he told me he I needed to call the gas company to make sure my gas is turned on first and then he gave me a bill for $79.00. I called the manager to argue this because no services were rendered and he explained he still has to pay his service tech a gas. Note I am a mile away from citywide.

Great emergency service on a cold Saturday when they were short handed. Janelle in the office is always pleasant and accommodating. The next a Thursday Alan and Matt came and installed our new furnace with ease and speed. Totally happy with City Wide Heating and Cooling.

When I had a problem with my furnace I called citywide they sent a technician out right away this guy courteous respectful and very concerned about repairing my furnace it couldn't be repaired so I had it replaced he showed me the parts that were broke and gave me up front and pricing. I am loving my new furnace I won't use no one else but citywide heating and cooling thank you guys so much My family is warm.

Called in hopes someone could come finish the last steps of our mini split. City wide was the first place that would help! Every person I encountered was amazing whether it was on the phone or when they came to our home. Definitely recommend them for all your HVAC needs! I have never been more impressed with an HVAC company!!!! Mike was super friendly! My dog loved him too 😊 I am a first time homeowner and Mike took the time to explain everything simply and in great detail. I think services were completed in less than an hour!!!

After complete and thorough investigation by myself, a third party company and reviewing my security cameras footage, I can ONLY advice you to AVOID dealing with this company. I used them (as a subcontractor) via my home insurance company, a technician and a TRAINEE stopped by ( TRAINEE did most of the work without my permission), It looks like the connector was the issue of my outdoor unit not working, it looks like they changed it and then cut the wire connecting it!!! Then i was told I need a NEW AC via my warranty company!! Co-owner called me back after I told her I have security cameras all around the home and offered me a new 2.5 TONS AC unit when she felt her employees will be exposed!! Long story short, she is not responding to any phone calls any more, I am taking legal action against them!

From the office staff, Janelle, to the installer, Alan, I found this to be a great company to do business with. Kept be posted on arrival time due to an emergency. Alan worked quietly and neatly to install a humidifier and explained everything. They are the best heating and cooling company in the area. Highly recommend.

I recently had my 20 year old furnace and AC got out on my double wide. After several quotes I picked Citywide. They were slightly more than the lowest quote but I picked him anyway because the whole system was the same brand Payne "a Carrier brand". I couldn't be happier with the system and techs who installed it. I had a complex install since my original systems AC unit was installed in the incorrect location about 50 feet away from furnace and only 4 inches from the house so it couldn't breathe. Well the citywide guys took care of all that they relocated the unit and ran new powerdrops for it. They also ran a new 5 wire thermostat wire so I could have the new touch screen wifi thermostat control and a whole home humidifier. It was a very big job that they were able to finish in 2 days even with a couple curve balls thrown at them. One of my vents didnt have good air flow and they fixed it for me. They did damage some drywall and had to mud and tape it back up. Like I said it was a big job and the got it all done in 2 days leaving my house and yard clean of any mess. The 2 techs were very professional around my family and them seemed genuinely concerned about my family's time and comfort. The own Al even came by after to inspect the work to see if everything met our expectations. Very highly recommend.

Called with furnace issues after hours. Had a tech there within the hour. Fixed the problem within an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Alan H explained everything I needed to know about my furnace and air conditioning.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dependable heating & cooling company who is knowledgeable in what they do.

Alan was very friendly, prompt, efficient and informative about the problem with my furnace. It would not go to the desired degree of heat and although the furnace would start the process, it kept quitting on the process after a minute. Alan found the culprit item and made the repair. He stayed long enough to make sure the furnace was operating properly. I appreciated his thoroughness as the temps were hitting subzero for the remainder of the weekend and the house was dipping near the 50 degree mark during the day. It was uncomfortable. I appreciated City Wide’s emergency service and I was thankful their staff is so well versed in furnace repair. I was given options about replacing another minor issue that could lead to other problems and it was replaced right away. Nice to be forward thinking on the repair - a big thank you to Alan and City Wide.

I would Recommend citywide to anybody that need the service of a heating and cooling tech there is no one better . They were very pleasant on the phone friendly, and very Professional on the phone and in person .The staff is amazing The tech Alan knew excalty What was wrong and was able to have my water tank fixed in minutes and was very professional. I have used city wide heating and cooling a few times and i will never look for another company. City Wide has always been there when I called and has fixed my problem quick and I am a lifetime customer, thanks for your Courtesy professionalism and work Ethic .
