I had an unexpected repair with my furnace this morning, called and James came out first thing. He was able to replace the inducer motor in a very timely manner, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable & very polite! I highly recommend Complete Home Comfort for any heating and cooling services you may need, ask for James!

Jeremy showed up on short notice. I came home from vacation Friday afternoon & house was 32 degrees. Thank goodness I had the foresight to shut the water off b4 I left. No idea what problem was as I have older furnace. He came in, diagnosed & safety checked & yay - seems it’s a thermostat issue. Relatively easy resolution!. Jeremy was very polite, personable and we trusted him since he took time to explain everything. When we are ready to upgrade to a new furnace, this is the company. 5 stars!!

Started using Complete Home Comfort last year and I am so glad that I did! First had them out to clean our duct work and i was really surprised how thorough they were. Really friendly crew and very respectful of my home. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

I recently had a full HVAC system installation done and I am incredibly pleased with this company. From the affordability, the quality of work, and the timely manner in which the job was done. They were very accommodating to my schedule and availability. I cannot recommend them enough.
It was a pretty big job and they took it on with no hesitation. Other local companies I called flat out refused.
They were respectful of my house and of the 4 companies I had called out to get quotes they were the only ones who wore disposable shoe coverings when entering the house. There wasn't a light in my utility room so the electrician installed one with the wire run to the new furnace. I didn't request it, they just saw that a light was needed and installed one. It was the small things like this that impressed me the most. The things they weren't required to do but did anyway. They didn't just come to slop out a job; they did everything with the utmost care, intention, and craftsmanship.
Everyone was super friendly and professional. Every time I had questions or was just nosey and poked my head in to see what they were in the process of doing or working on they were more than happy to explain things or show me what was going on. They would answer all of my questions and explain things in great detail to made sure I understood what they were doing and why.
I highly recommend Complete Home Comforts over any other HVAC techs in the area without a doubt.

He took the time to answer all my questions and carried out a thorough inspection, clearly explaining the issues he identified. Most importantly, he gave me honest advice about when it would be appropriate to replace the furnace system, without any pressure. I really appreciated his professionalism and transparency. After the recent flooding, we called Bush to come out and assess our submerged, non-functioning 4 year old water heater. We called the original company in Monroe that had installed it, but they seemed to have no sense of urgency for a returning customer and said we’d be “put on a wait list,” with no estimated timeline and eventually, no call back. Justin B. from Bush came out next day and attempted to troubleshoot the hot water heater, but not without finding 3 concerning things wrong / missed with the install from the original company. He took the time to explain all of the things they missed, and in regards to the damaged water heater, it was not able to be repaired so we had to replace with new. Within the same day, a few hours later, they were able to provide a detailed estimate and statement of work. At no point was there any pressure to sign anything and he took the time to answer any questions we had. Jacob B. and Michael P. were able to come and install the new water heater within 2 days. They were on time for the install, professional, and explained everything they would be doing step-by-step and answered any questions I had before starting. I appreciate them taking the time to explain everything and ensuring that a quality product was accurately installed in our home. Save yourself the headache and hassle and avoid these other HVAC companies in Monroe, this company and the people employed here are the real deal and actually take pride in their work!
