Fast and friendly service. Hot water tank died on a weekend. They came out Monday to inspect, provided a quote an hour later and installed on Tuesday.

Easy to schedule, technician was on time and filled me in on his inspection and repair. He did not “sugarcoat “ anything and we will use them in the future

Bush Heating and Cooling installed a new air conditioner after my call that the old one quit working. The old unit was not repairable. They worked very friendly, efficiently and honestly in the process of replacing and installing the new unit. The cost was adequate for the new air conditioner. I would recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Jeff came and did my clean n check on both furnace and fireplace (gas fireplace). Jeff showed me how to get doors off and clean glass. Educated me on maintenance and how often. What to watch for too.

I purchased a furnace 26 years ago and whenever I needed repairs, I always called Bush. No matter the time of day or day of the week or even holidays, they were there to repair if needed. I didn't have too many repairs over the last 26 years. I called this week with the hope to get it fixed as it wasn't running. They came out in hours. They looked at it, got it running but told me it was a temporary fix. I could repair but at 26 years old it would continute to need maintenance. They gave me the cost to repair and the cost to replace. I was pleasantly pleased to hear that the cost to replace was within reason. So today they came out and replaced my furnace. Very professional and great to work with. I recommend using them. They are fair and honest.

First time having Bush Heating and Cooling out to the house. Justin was awesome. He took the time to answer all my questions about our gas fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also put boot covers on over his shoes before he came into the house, which is a great sign of professionalism and care. Fair price for the fireplace inspection.

The whole process of this service call to get my fireplace up and running was flawless. First - I was EASILY able to schedule online a service time that worked for my schedule. Second - the follow up was incredible. I received a confirmation of the scheduled time, a reminder of the scheduled time and WHO was coming to the house AND I received a text notice when he was on his way.

On top of that- when he arrived, he was very courteous to put slippers on to keep my house clean.

He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that didn’t insult my lack of knowledge. He provided several different options and educated me on the pros and cons of each.

I’d recommend them over and over again.

Be aware!!! talk good and try to tell u how good they r, I had claim from insurance company, they send this CITYWIDE heating and cooling people, he was one of the owner, he came and talk good how food they r and after finding problem on my both furnace – (which was blower motor was bad on both of them) he told me that he will call me first thing tomorrow morning, never got any call back, finally I called to office and came to know that they never order those parts and never planned to come back, one of the other owner told me that nothing is wrong on furnace and he told me that he will change both motors because I was not letting him out from the house,
he also told me that if I didt have the claim he could help me and change some parts and take care from there,,,,, be careful of this kind of scams…………………..
