Steve did my home inspection as a first time home buyer. He was extremely thorough and explained everything as he went through the inspection. He pointed out problems that were of legitimate concern, and several solution options. He was extremely prompt in getting the finalized report to me in less than 24 hours time and followed up to be sure any questions I had did not go un-answered. Steve is personable and great to work with. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends!

Steve was super-responsive via text, call and email. He was able to check out my property on short notice and made our one time-slot work even though it was less convenient for him. He definitely puts his clients first. His report was extremely thorough with the key points highlighted right at the beginning for convenience. Any potential problem areas were photographed and included in the report, which I received the same day of the inspection. On top of all that, his rate was $50 cheaper than the other quote I received. Very happy and will definitely use again.

Steve's inspection was very thorough and easy to understand. Steve was very accommodating to my inspection request and was able to fill in last minute (moving another inspection he had on the same day) after my original inspector had to cancel. After reviewing a section of the property, Steve walks you through his findings and lets you know of any details big or small that should be considered when purchasing your home. Report was on time, the very next day and helped me have all the information I needed before purchasing my home. We hired Steve for a home inspection in the Macomb area based on a recommendation from a friend. Steve is a professional from start to finish. I called other inspectors who tried to hike the price off of false square footage, but Steve was honest and has reasonable quotes. He is very thorough and his reports are top tier and very detailed. I was very satisfied with my inspection. Steve communicated well on availability and arrival and was on time and had all the tools he needed. I felt quite comfortable with him in my house (not always the case with contractors for various things) and he was very professional and personable. He was patient with my questions, and explained things I wanted more info on. He was quite through and went through every area with great care, and by noon the next day provided a very detailed report. A+

He was early to the appointment and efficient with his time; he was able to understand how much I knew about home repair and adapt his explanations to me accordingly.

Really did a great job with inspection & making sure that everything was understood. He didn’t rush through inspection started from outside to inside with taking pictures, notes, etc. He explained what something’s was if you didn’t know & why it was important. Once he was done he wrote a very will detailed report that you could read & understand very well. I highly recommend company for any home inspections.
