Brandon came out just two days before Christmas Eve to address several issues: a hissing sink faucet, a clog in our master bath, and a toilet that was randomly running and flushing itself. He assessed each issue expertly, explained everything clearly and patiently, ensured all our questions were answered, and went above and beyond—fixing additional issues we didn't even realize needed attention, including tightening a loose toilet seat. His attention to detail was outstanding, parts were replaced efficiently, and we felt completely confident that we received excellent value for the service provided. Especially in today's climate, this kind of "old school" service—professional, thorough, and genuinely caring—is rare. They treat you like family and leave you with real peace of mind.
