We contacted Cummings to make a few repairs to a condo before selling. Brandon showed up when expected, replaced the garbage disposal and repaired a leaky faucet. Total time was less than an hour. I was very happy with the work.

Brandon was great! He fixed our toilet, installed a pop up drain in the sink and switched out aerators on our faucets. He was on time, efficient, and explained what he was doing. We are very happy with the results!
