We had a cracked heat exchanger that could not be repaired. It was verified by two different technicians which now means a new furnace had to be installed. In the course of finding a good company it was recommended by one of our trusted technicians to call Abd Elreida from Quality Air Control. This turned out to be an excellent choice. Abd was not only punctual, but actually wrote down all we discussed to meet our specifications. He was very friendly and sold us only what we needed and did not push a more expensive unit. In addition, his technicians were excellent, pay attention to every detail of the installation. And what a concept they knew exactly what to install as if Abd was there himself (Abd did show up later to follow-up). WOW, communication from sales to technician. What a concept! They did a great job and of course everything was tested and verified to work before they left. I recommend Abd Elreida and his team if you want a good honest job for a new furnace or anything else in the area of heating and cooling!!!

Amazing work. Abe was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He came yesterday to service our furnace due to no heat. Abe was very thorough when he diagnosed our furnace and pin pointed the problem and fixed it with in a hour. My husband had a competitor come a month prior and was told we needed a new furnace for 3k after briefly looking at it. My experience with Quality Air Control was a great one. I had an AC and furnace installed. Adderly and Lee were so pleasant and provided excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. They told me what they had to do to complete each step. They answered all questions I had and told me not to hesitate to ask when I had more. When they finished the installation, they checked to make sure everything worked properly, and thoroughly cleaned up and returned things to there rightful places. I will recommend to anyone Quality Air Control Heating and Cooling especially Adderly and Lee. Great job guys!

We had to get our furnace inspected to make sure we were meeting the city code requirements. Quality Air Control squeezed me in their busy schedule and gave great, constant communication from the time of scheduling through the day off. Unlike some other companies I've worked with before, I didn't have to wonder if or when they would show because they stayed in touch with appointment reminders and ETAs. Mike was on time, super professional, and really efficient. The inspection was reasonably price and for the service it was worth every penny.

AC stopped working, called Mike and he came out the next day. He is responsive, arrived early, and was very professional and offered me a very fair price for his work. A few details on what stood out: he returned to his truck to bring shoe covers when he saw the carpets without me even asking. I appreciated his methodical way to diagnose my A/C issue. He was explaining his thought process throughout the job. Replaced my compressor for $150. I would definitely hire Quality Air Control again for another job.

Just wanted to say thank you as soon as I called the office, they were on it from the beginning. He called me back within five minutes and was out here in about 45 minutes. these guys are super honest. I had somebody else come out here and told me I needed a new unit and they told me $3500. Abe got job done for 600 if you want trustworthy company and somebody that does what they say. Call these guys.

My A/C stopped cooling during the first hot week of the year. Had a hard time finding someone to come out in a timely manner. The majority were at least a week wait due to the heat. I called Quality Air and they were able to come out within 48 hrs.I was so relieved! Abe came out and checked my system. He determined that the refrigerant was low. He recharged the system and cleaned it up. It was good to go! Abe was very professional and got the service completed quickly. The price was very reasonable and the service great. I would use their services again, if needed. I can highly recommend Quality Air Control Heating & Cooling.
