Awful 2nd time experience. I work midnights and stayed up all day waiting for him & crickets. I called and left a VM and then someone decided to call me to say he is sick. I get that but, those of your customers that have appointments should have been given the courtesy of a phone call. Now, I am on a 2nd try. He came out and pulled the mother board to our fridge and stated he would call back to see if our Ice Maker is working again. Well not only is the ice maker not working but, I guess he once again is not as he was supposed to call back on Tuesday by 2pm, I called at 4:35pm, left a message and it is now Friday at 2am & I have never heard back from him. If you run your business like this, I do NOT want to do business with you!!! NEVER again.
