Dave is the man. He was awesome! Very professional. Fixed our AC. We were not knowledgeable about HVAC and thought our AC was broken but it wasn’t. We just needed a new filter and Dave came by to replace it. Very knowledgeable guy. Straight shooter. You can trust Dave. He is also very prompt and will come by to assist someone much faster then anyone else. Do yourself a favor and call him if you need a repair.

I had a failing furnace and gave Dave a call to come take a look at it. He came out to take a look the next day and let me know what was going on. He ended up letting me know what was going on and what it would take to fix or replace it, even though one of the options would have required him to pass me off to someone else and loose him money. I ended up deciding to let him repair it and he did a fantastic job, and cheaper than I expected from my research.

Dave is great guy. Honest through the whole process. Very fair pricing and even years after getting my new furnace he was been just a helpful whenever I needed a question asked. Recommend his work and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Dave just replaced my furnace and air conditioner. I called him to give me a quote after seeing how most of his reviews mentioned his honesty. Well, let me add another one! Most of the other companies I got quotes from tried to sell me bigger units than I needed at of course higher prices. Dave did a calculation and determined a smaller size would work fine, and was the only one to point out that if my unit size were upgraded then my duct work would be too small and would need to be increased in order for me get benefit. No one else mentioned this. He also did not try to sell me an expensive “maintenance” plan on my brand new units that are under warranty anyway. He was patient and answered all my questions, educating me on how the units work in as much detail as I wished. He even pointed out little cosmetic things that would result from a change in size of the footprint of my old furnace vs the new one. He clearly has the knowledge borne of extensive experience. The installation was completed on time and everything is running great. I feel that I got a fair price and great service and would highly recommend RTB Mechanical.

I turned on my air for the first time and I my unit was not functioning properly. I called Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling right before their operating hours concluded at 4:57PM and even though they were beyond busy they scheduled a service tech for the next morning. The service tech that showed up was the actual owner Dean. He was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and had my air up and running within an hour! I would highly recommend this company!

Kyle is fantastic. Texts when he’s on his way every time. Was very thorough professional. We had to call Kyle out 4 times in a week. Not because he missed something but literally 3 different parts failed within days. The last time he made multiple trips out in a single day once the new board gave him a code for the final faulty component. Thank you to the entire team for a super job installing my new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and thermostat. I appreciate the knowledge, skill and attention to detail that went into completing this project. The workspace was cleaned up perfectly afterward and the new arrangement of duct work, chimney attachment and piping is much more efficient than before. Great job on the outside work with a new pad under the a/c unit, new line insulation as well as flushing out the old connections. Thank you also for the explanations on maintenance, cleaning and how to work with the new humidifier. I would highly recommend them for anyone's next project.

I would absolutely recommend this company. They came out within hours of me calling, fixed my ac within 30 minutes and were very affordable. That same evening my ac went out again and they came out immediately the next morning and fixed a whole new problem. This was my first time needing a heating and cooling company so I had no idea what to expect. They were truly exceptional.
