Kyle and his crew installed an entire system in our new construction project - excellent customer service. Fair pricing. Ready and willing to please. So far so good…will update as the install progresses.

Update: they started out strong, then mistakes began to occur - ie, installed wrong size furnace. Though the quality of work dropped off toward final inspection, the owner was very understandable, and more than willing to send his crew back out multiple times to make all of the corrections (and adjustments) I requested.

At the end of the day, I would recommend them to others.

Kyle is a very knowledgeable tech. Good sense of humor, respectful, timely and efficient.

Yesterday was 91 degrees and that's the day our central air stopped working. It was later in the day by the time we tried our best to figure out what was wrong. We called Affordable Comfort Heating Cooling expecting to have to leave a voice mail. They answered the phone promptly, and dispatched a tech for the next day. Kyle was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the AC unit in less than an hour. He had the capacitor on the truck, so it was a same-day fix. The price was right in line with competitors. Thanks for getting us up and running again!

Called and they came out within an hour and had my a.c fixed in minutes. They have great customer service and very knowledgeable. I love this company !!!!

After shopping around, we had our minisplit systems installed last year by Affordable Comfort. I called to have routine annual. maintenance done. Affordable comfort moved and replaced an ac unit and were ready to deal with. I got notifications every time someone was enroute and everyone was very nice and thorough. They beat everyone else with a great price too!

We were leaving the country for vacation on Sunday, January 5, we woke up at 5am to a cold house. I called affordable comfort, left a message and received a phone call at 8:15am that a tech will be at the home shortly, I gave them the details to get inside and a diagnosis was done that day with parts ordered and installed the following day. Highly recommended!!

Just purchased a house with central air. One of my new neighbors was being serviced by this company so I thought I’d give them a try as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, who answered the service request. He came right at 9 am (which was the earliest time they said someone can come by)! He congratulated me on my house which was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on the questions I had about the unit, also patient with me as I asked him to break certain things down. Great customer service has been rare lately! Definitely want to give credit to all the employees because beginning to end just a pleasant experience.

Very friendly, explained everything well, he is very knowledgeable, Took the time to explain and show me about what was going on with the furnace and what I needed to check and about what I didn’t need to worry about and even gave me some advice on my thermostat settings, which will help me out in the future. I've used affordable comfort heating and cooling for the second time and I am incredibly impressed with the utmost professionalism, knowledge, and expertise from the very first phone call to the install team. I have to tell ya this company is top notch. I had a competitor come out and the price I got was $700.00 more than Affordable but that's not where it ends. I live in small home like most of Taylor homes where furnace room is tight. The competitor also said I would need to cut out portion of wall to get ac part out which would of been a heck of a lot more money spent. Kyle came out to address my AC problem and I decided to get quote for new AC unit since mine was 30 years old and due for replacement. First off I have to say it's not the company that makes jobs awesome it's the people they have working for them. Kyle was absolutely wonderful and gave me price which was $700.00 cheaper and also I wouldn't need to remove no dam portion of wall which totally shocked me cause I thought I was screwed with it. In about 5 days I would have a new unit installed which was quick I thought. Randy and crew arrived on time and I have to let ya know this guy Randy is so dam good, courteous, professional and I could go on and on. I don't know names of his two other crew members but they where also very pleasant and professional. Randy was by far the best service person I have ever dealt with and hope the company realizes what they have there with him. Like I said it's not the company but the people you have representing the company, The job was completed perfectly and better than I ever expected. They are my go to company for all my HVAC needs from now on. You wont go wrong with these top quality people. Thank you Kyle and Randy you are amazing.

Terrific customer service, quick installation of furnace. Called back again for a leak in humidifier that was not installed by the coolant Kyle fixed it promptly and he even tuned up the furnace while he was here. Highly recommend this company! Kind, efficient and thorough!

This is the Year that my furnace decided it needed a bunch of repairs. Kyle came out in December and fixed my furnace. And then in January it went out again and two of the boards needed to be replaced. He did the extra and even came later in the day so I could not miss work. I really appreciated the patience he had with my rant about my furnace. Prices were reasonable. I appreciated his effort. They came out in a timely fashion
