They charged us for cleanup and cuts they didn't complete.

We paid for our weekly cuts. The owner showed up saying that we owed $250 for a fall cleanup. There's no way they did a fall cleanup because we didn't open the lock on our back fence and they weren't on any of our back cameras PLUS we did the fall cleanup ourselves.

Horrible communication between workers and myself. Never confirmed their day, they came and ripped everything out, my perennials and cut my 27 year old Japanese maple incorrectly. They installed underground gutter drains and one isn’t in ground then gets hit by lawnmower. Totally sad about my tree which can’t be corrected.

I had a new lawn put in, watered it 3x a day ended up with a $400 water bill, fertilized, cut lawn with mower on high, did everything the owner told me to do and my lawn is dying and has not taking root in most spots

After calling their company for months the owner finally called back and came out. After arguing with me for 30 min and him basically calling me a liar telling me I didn't do what he told me to do (which was a lie) that's why my lawn is dead he would not replace all of my lawn, or refund any of my money.

I spent over $1k will now have to have it redone again by another company.
Owner was extremely disrespectful and kept saying over and over again it was my fault , he could care less about my lawn after he got my money, do not use this company!!

I get all my lawn maintenance, snow removal and landscaping needs form them. They do a great job and never had complaints. People are great there and easy to work with.

I hired this company to take care of my Mother when my brother (who lived with her) died back on Labor Day 2019. They came to my rescue with both her lawn and her snow removal. When we had the first major snow storm this year on November 11, 2019 they made sure they took care of her. Not many companies would have that kind of compassion and I can't thank them enough!!

Love this service. I am a manager at Final Touch Housekeeping we utilize their service to maintain our property. They always send the same team and they do an awesome job. They are very polite and professional and thank you Chet and Justin the yard looks great!! 👍

I scheduled regrading 3 weeks ago. Pat never showed up. I called today he acted like he did not remember the job. I spoke to the office staff and him a week ago and confirmed they would be here today at 9 am. This man is not reliable. He wasted 3 weeks of my time that some other reliable company could have done

Mr.Stross is a stand up guy. Great customer service. I've been a customer for 15years and have NEVER had any kind of issue. His crews are well mannered and fast. Great choice for all your landscaping needs!

We had Grasshopper last summer for a weekly lawn cut. It was great. They were timely, professional, and consistent. They were here every Thursday at 6PM, which made it easy to navigate our schedule (yard work, letting the dogs outside, poop patrol, etc).This year, to save the hassle, we decided to do a one time season payment with Grasshopper opposed you paying biweekly. We are about a month an a half into the season and they have cut our lawn TWICE. We paid roughly $800 for weekly lawn cuts. We have called them multiple times to which they respond “the grass is long and is slowing us down at other jobs” and they would get to us when they can. At this point, they have not been to our house in THREE WEEKS. We should not have to pay the consequence because you cannot handle your business. Our house looks like an absolute mess, which is a shame considering the $$$ we put into our garden/flowers. We are incredibly dissatisfied with this service and will be calling first thing on Monday demanding a partial refund for the remainder of the season. Hopefully whatever refund we get back can pay for the lawn mower we now have to buy. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Don’t know what changed in the last year, but it’s an absolute shame.

This company fixed the disaster job that a previous company did in my yard. They hauled away the mess the other company made and laid sod for less than I initially paid the first company. I would highly recommend Pat and Grasshopper lawn services! The end product is beautiful and well done. They even did the first cut on the new sod.

After Grasshopper finished setting a bolder retainer wall for me I can highly recommend Pat and his crew. The office kept me informed as to when to expect them and after several rain delay days, they showed up on time and completed the work.
Grasshopper will be my go-to company for any additional landscaping projects.

Highly recommend. They were really nice guys, did an excellent job on our sod and even power-washed the dirt from the driveway when done! Really impressed with how polite and meticulous they were, it's too uncommon

Pat and his crew are very good at getting the job done and making everything look great. The workers are such hard workers. I don’t know if they ever take a break because I always see them working on the things that I asked to have done.
I have recommended them to other neighbors and they all feel the same way I do. Great Company to hire.

Great company, Great service, Terrific price (nobody beat them) We contacted well over 10 other companies, then Pat from grasshopper came and was extremely honest and very true to his word, did not want a deposit. Which blew our minds. Pat and his staff are hard working. All we wanted was for our backyard not to flood anymore, and we got so much more. Pat is awesome and his staff they went above and beyond. We would Highly recommend them and give them 10 + stars.
