Definitely the best in town!

We scheduled seasonal fertilizer and after 3 weeks with nobody showing up or providing an update we went ahead and cancelled. They didn't seem to care at all.

Tocco Mannino did a great job on our patio and with our landscaping. They worked hard and did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend them.

Tocco Mannino has done many projects for us. They are always very professional and communicative about the projects. Would definitely use them again.

No respect for city rules. Plows in residential areas 3-4am. I’ve notified city, police Dept, and city attorney will be contacting your company. Police were called last time, next time I’ll make sure they get there earlier.

Have some respect for law, people, and communities you work in.

Was at the light on Hayes and Ten Mile Road this am. After we were through the light, your worker passed me on Hayes. I was doing 25 mph. He was doing at least 45 mph. Your site says you open at 9, not sure what he was in a hurry for.

Great company and their work is top notch

I live in a condo. We pay them for their services. They missed several sidewalks, porches and walkways. This is consistent with this group, lawn service and snow removal. No one from their crews seem to review their work. God help us if we need to call EMS out here.

This is the first time I used Tocco Mannino, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The crew they sent to my house did an excellent, meticulous job! They are the best I ever had!!

Only adding the the pile of negative reviews, but this company has been hired by my HOA and has done nothing but subpar work with a lack of common sense. Creating deep ruts with a riding mower after a heavy rain, damaging rainwater equipment, even blowing yard waste into my open garage, while I'm standing in there - really?? Come on guys.

On or before 10/9/24 they caused damage to my property, please expect to be receiving a quote for a reputable company to repair the damage caused by your incompetence.

For all those looking for their service, or god forbid if they service your HOA, prepare for a ride.

We’ve hire Tocco for landscaping and they’re the best. Prompt, professional, and polite!

I'm a regular at this 7/11 on Jefferson in Saint Clair Shores. Every single morning, they block up the entire parking lot with their trailers and trucks. They don't even park in a spot instead they park in front of people that need to get to work without any consideration for others instead of parking in the side street next to the building.

You’re getting one star because your employees are rude not only are they rude. They’re disrespectful to other people in the store. They came to Weingartz to pick up a brand new mower and instead of having respect for the company that they work for and the people that work at Weingartz they were super rude. Once they found out they had to go to another counter. They walked across from one counter to another talking about killing themselves. I don’t ever want my child to hear this, especially coming from a grown man. Thank you for having people like this.

landscaping hired by the company i rent from and they have destroyed my flower beds i planted on my back porch, careless and disrespectful, don’t bother trying to make your space look nicer, they will just stomp all over it!!!!! clearly just collecting a check and doing a bad job

They just completed replacing our front sod and front landscaping. Phil was great and came up w a great plan (that looks great with our house and fit the budget). The crew worked so hard and took great care of everything. It was amazing to see it all come together. Thank you Tocco Mannino Landscaping team!!!!

Tony and Scott were at my home today in order to resolve some irrigation issues. They were knowledgeable, fast and polite. I highly recommend their services to anyone having irrigation problems. Everything is working perfect!

Live in a condo and they constantly are doing what they feel is mostly important rather then the whole job. They seem to always do it to my yard to as we pay a lot of money for your services and this is how we get treated. They don’t care about your yard or services you pay for as long as they get paid they don’t care the quality of work they perform. Here are some photos of snow against my fence that they plow right against. A this spring hasn’t even started and they haven’t weed whacked one time around my yard. I’ve spoke directly with the office and to the owner and nothing ever gets addressed highly would not recommend

Their team is super professional starting with the top with Phil and Matt Maninno. They are great communicators and give their customers first class service. I have always had great experiences whether it be landscaping, patio, or driveway. They did a new driveway for us this past week and it looks amazing. But the best part was that their team cleaned up the area every day as if they were never there. Their team members are polite and the entire job was very well done. If you need any landscaping, patio work, or driveway, etc. you need to call these guys!

Bill Francis is top notch, companies need more people like him! Great communication, flexible, and was very project management oriented as he worked with us through our landscape project. He took our vision and made it even better than we expected. We are very happy with the results. It was a pleasure working with Bill, he is very professional, prompt, and thorough. Bill has a keen eye for details and was very “hands on” during our installation. We highly recommend Bill for any of your projects!

Lucia Landscaping has been our go-to landscapers for our home, business, and work done at other family homes. Our landscaping is the best on our block, which is due to Lucia’s staff. I can call, email, or text their staff with any new jobs that I need completed, as well as answering any questions that I may have. Their landscapers have always been able to steer me in the right direction when choosing new plants, all with guarantees. Their staff is respectful to not only myself, but to my properties in general. I have never been told that they can not do something for me. I highly recommend Lucia Landscapers for all of your property needs.
