THIS IS A REFERRAL COMPANY, not an actual tree service.

Apparent scam. Called them once, they took my info and then said they would pass me to a partner, and then proceeded to forward me to a cleaning supplies company who had no idea what was happening. Now every time I call their phone number, it rings a different company (doctors offices, cleaning company, etc). I work with law enforcement, and will be reviewing this with Michigan State Police today.

They planted as I want.

Couldn't do the service I asked about. That's fine but now I'm receiving spam emails and text messages. Awful

Great service. Cleaned up after. Though they did not move the furniture back that they moved to perform the job.

Bad customer service. Work was done quick and without care. Very specific details that the sales rep promised were missed on both trips out to my property. They were more expensive than all other quotes but promised more. Double let down.

The work was done well and it was affordable. Communication wasn’t great. They weren’t responsive and never told us when we were on the schedule. The tree came down and it was a surprise to us when we got home.
