So quick, professional and affordable! I am very happy with the service I received from Chem Dry. I was quoted by another upholstery cleaning company for double what Chem Dry charged me. Plus they are super nice, personable people. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking to get their couch cleaned.

We have used Chem-Dry of Oakland many times at our Royal Oak home. Brian does the best job of all the different methods we have tried. Ours is an off-white cream color and because of the level of traffic plus a dog going in and out - it gets REALLY DIRTY! He makes it look as close to new as one could ever imagine. Previously, I've used steam/wet extraction and HOST Dry Extraction. This does better. He does better! Great price too. Trusted too.

The customer service was second to none! Bryon is beyond nice, experienced, and accommodating! My carpet looks phenomenal even the tough stains are gone! And I dont have to wait a whole day to walk on my carpet! Never will use steam cleaning ever again! Im a customer for life! Thank you!

I called Bryon on a Monday for a job in a different county than he served. I had previously had my carpets cleaned just the week before and they weren’t done to my expectations. So I reached out to Bryon as he was the only Chem Dry expert in my area. Although he serviced Oakland county, he came deep into Wayne county (almost Washtenaw) to do my carpets. He fit me into his schedule last minute. He was on time and worked hard. He really cleaned my carpets. We had just moved into a new house and the previous owners had multiple dogs, so there was dog hair and dander in the carpets. With two people in the house who have allergies and my mom moving in, who has asthma, it was pertinent that someone who specialized in cleaning for allergies came. We had the ducts cleaned and the next day Bryon came and finished the job by cleaning the carpet. My carpet looks brand new. I feel like we can move in now with no worries. He was friendly and professional. Call Bryon for a good carpet cleaning!!!

My carpet had multiple dark dried spill spots and pet urine everywhere. I'm not sure how long they were there prior to me moving in. I was very discouraged and thought the carpet needed to be replaced. Bryon from Chem-Dry came out to clean and treat the carpet, and it looks and smells brand new!!!! We needed our carpets cleaned after a year of 3 kids and 2 dogs destroying them. Bryon responded quickly, scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later, showed up early (called ahead to confirm it was ok!), and then did a shockingly good job. We thought that a number of stains were never going to come out(even with a professional cleaning), but he went above and beyond and spent extra time on the hard to get spots. The end product looks fantastic. He also gave us good advice on carpet maintenance with pets and kids, and was generally an absolute 5-star experience from beginning to end.

It's been a while since I had the carpets cleaned, due to the pandemic. ChemDry of Oakland exceeded my expectations! There were a few stains I wasn't able to manage on my own, I thought I'd just have to live with them but Bryon was able to take care of all of them. My carpets look outstanding. They are in better shape than they were from the 2 previous carpet cleanings. He was very professional and personable. He communicated very well before hand as well.
