I first found Koen Landscape when I was searching for a spring clean-up yard service last year. They responded promptly and did a great job, so I signed up for their weekly lawn service. So easy, very reliable, was great to essentially "set and forget" and know that our lawn would be taken care of all summer. Looking forward to doing the same this year and having the annual spring clean-up for our yard!

Used this service for a few weeks with promise of paying more for quality. My lawn looked like someone took a buzzer down the middle of it and was uneven and not edged properly. When I questioned them, they were unprofessional, rude and told me my lawn had potholes in it.

Called for a price on snow removal for a small home. He didn't even have to come out to look it over! Told me it would be a thousand dollars for the season! I guess that's pretty reasonable these days, huh?

I contacted the owner to get a price on lawn services for my elderly mother. He told me to "text the information to him", which I found to be unprofessional. It has now been almost two weeks and no response whatsoever. Good way not to leave a good first impression with a potential customer. I took my business elsewhere.

Requested a quote using the website and got the first call on a Monday.

They said they could come out to my house to do an estimate on one of the following weekdays and would call the morning of to let me know. Friday came with no call.

So I contacted them, and was told it would now have to be Saturday, again they would call in the morning.

Got no call by 4pm Saturday so I called them again. It would now have to be Sunday.

I'm now writing this on the following Friday and obviously never got a call and they never came out to my house.

Even if they contacted me now after having been blown off for a week straight for dates that they picked I would never trust this company to keep any kind of deadline or schedule. This was simply awful service.

Very quick response and easy communication. He and his team cleaned up my overgrown landscaping in hours. It looks brand new.

I called Triple J's to add a brick paver side walk onto my existing sidewalk, they came out to quote and told me the they would do the work the way I requested but suggested that I tear out the existing cement sidewalk back to the porch, otherwise the pitch would most likely not be correct and cause issues during rain and winter. I went with their recommendation and I'm very happy that I did. My new sidewalk looks great. Triple J's crew was very professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend them for your any landscaping work.

Just finished a job here today. we had our sod removed and replaced. Stonework on the front also. Owner Jeff was on site for every step of the way ensuring the quality of service, answering questions, making sure we felt comfortable with the process. Would definitely use them again.

I was looking to have a brick over patio installed in my back yard this spring. Triple J came out the same day I called for a quote and had the patio installed two weeks after the quote, spring rains and a snow storm delayed work a bit but that’s expected. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of work was second to none. These guys know what they are doing and would recommend them to anyone.

Jeff has been a friend for years. Unlike most other contractors, Jeff actually shows up to do a job. He had my job finished before expected, he answers the phone when I call, and people have been complimenting the work I had done which says a lot! I will definitely be using Tripple J’s for other projects I will be doing in the future! Thanks Jeff!

Recently, we had landscaping done that included two retaining walls and a brick walkway. The landscapers from Triple J are so incredibly talented and did an awesome job. It took a total of three days and the work was detailed and it was neat as a pin. Nice staff. Jeff was very responsive to all my text questions and concerns. Would use them again in a minute. We are so pleased.
