Couldn’t recommend them more! Cleaned our chimney and noticed damaged mortar joints. Fixed that and didn’t even charge us extra. Left the house as clean as when he arrived. Quick, on time, professional, great price, great service.

Al swung by to have a look at the chimney on a 1925 house. He was only able to partially complete the work due to the strange way the chimney was built. Since he could not fully complete the work, he did not charge a penny, despite spending all the time driving down & figuring out the trouble, then sweeping whatever he could.

I wish I could hire them to fully complete the job, since I was so impressed by his candor, professionalism, and generosity. He politely refused even a partial payment I was happy to make to cover his time. Incredibly generous, professional, and highly recommended!

He left detail notes and estimates for future repairs. We just had our chimneys swept and inspected and used Veteran Chimney (recommended by many of our neighbors). They were so great to work with. Lynette was great getting us an appointment and even moved up on the schedule after a cancellation. Al came to do the service. He was pleasant and draped the floors with drop cloths. He also looked at our incinerator and found a mummified squirrel. He took it with him so we didn’t have to dispose of it.
We are happy with the service and definitely recommend.
