Called and scheduled a stump grinding, she said they would put it on their schedule and be out to my house whenever they could. 2 weeks goes by, no call. I called twice now, no answer and no reply. They are not helpful and seem uninterested in helping. Taking my need elsewhere

I called a talked to a kind of a younger lady on the phone. She wasn't very helpful and kind of rude. I gave her my info and what I was looking for, she said they do quotes on Saturdays and someone would be in touch. They were a no call no show so I do not recommend them. I will take my business else where.

Gave me a quote and my neighbor, told them when you do my neighbor, so mine at same time. Did my neighbor, didn't do mine. They said they call the boss and have not heard from them . I am not happy. What's up with you. Poor business practice!

I called two days ago when they had opened and left a voice mail. They called back in the afternoon and told me someone was out giving estimates and could stop by in the evening and would give a 20 min heads up. No call, no show, so I figured maybe they couldn't make and got caught up else where but since that I have received no call or any type of reach out regarding my service. I am the customer and will not keep pursuing multiple times for your service.

EDIT: they got back to me and apologized profusely for the wait, they have been swamped with work. Very nice when we met, will probably go with them for tree trimming needs.

Don't waste your time! We just wanted an estimate and got the run around. We contacted them via website two days ago. Received an email yesterday stating they would be here today. I responded to the email yesterday asking for a time window. No one responded. My husband called them this morning and whomever answers the phone sounds like they are taking a nap and very uninterested. She said the time frame would be between 2-4PM. 4PM came and went then she said they were close by and would be here between 4:45 and 5. It is 5:30 now and they are closed and there was no courtesy call stating they would be late or not showing.

You came highly recommended from someone that spent a great deal of money with you guys last year. We will surely let them know about your business practices and how we got stood up. We have 8 acres of pine and oak trees that need to be tended to. If you are too busy to make appointments, they should not be made. This is highly unprofessional. Our motto is "early is on time, on time is late and late is rude and unacceptable" in our business. A courtesy phone call would at the very least have been greatly appreciated.

Did a very professional job on a difficult tree removal. It was a pleasure to see how well organized this family operation performed together to make the operation completely satisfied without having any mishaps.

They removed 3 evergreen trees approximately 3 stories high and also ground the stumps for us. They were very good and professional, all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Removed a large maple from our yard in what seemed like a very tight spot. Very professional, great job cleaning up, and great pricing. Highly recommend!

Had a massive oak taken down to a stump. Had requested they leave large wood on site for repurposing. Oh boy, they sure did leave it-EVERYTHING. Cut it down, stacked it in piles-Nothing chipped, not a single limb and left in large pieces. Piles are 10 foot high. Not sure how we are supposed to climb into the dangerous pile to finish what we were hoping for from the job 🙄. As a Horticulturist, I would expect some common sense or at least a little logic involved when someone requests to have the wood left behind. You should probably at least cut it into smaller pieces for the homeowner and chip the little limbs as part of any job where there is thousands of dollars involved. This is a rental home. It is shameful what you left behind. This is why I urged the homeowners to find CERTIFIED ARBORISTS instead of Joe Schmo cutters.

After a few blips with estimates and scheduling, we have very favorable things to say. The crew was great (both doing the estimate and the work), they were punctual, they cleaned up the area very nicely. We would reach out to them again to do work at our home.
