Disappointing! I made the initial contact but didn’t have enough knowledge to determine what exact services were needed. My spouse followed up and left a message. Never received a call back. Also tried texting and got no response. Not appropriate for a highly rated company! Update: Don’t be swayed by the company’s polite response that was posted TWO months after this review.

Dan put a ceiling fan in for me after it was up he noticed the light cover was broken, so he took the fan down so I could exchange it. He then came back after my new fan was in and put it up. Friendly and understanding.
